Guys hear me out:

Enemies to lovers yaoi but it’s Leomon x Ogremon.

Instead of these two being hella enemies and then becoming all sugary sweet and stuff to each other, they are still dickheads to each other on occasion and they fight and all that, but there is a layer of love under there. Like- they have their quirks that they annoy the shit out of each other with, but they still love each other anyways and would rather be together fighting than not being able to see each other at all.

Also I can totally see Ogremon confessing first, but Leomon making the first move if that makes sense. Like- Ogremon confesses his feelings for Leomon but Leo just kinda leaves him hanging until one day he decides to try out kissing him and that’s how they end up together.

Just some food for thought.

We might not see it often, but one of my favorite underrated parts of the show is seeing characters interact with other kids' Digimon partners, especially when it's mundane, casual interaction.
