TORTURE TW After getting her Dark Mark at the age of twelve, Ophelia used to be a rebel without a cause. Anything and everything her parents said or did she went against, mostly to prove them wrong and to prove that not everyone who was a pureblood had a cold heart. She hung out with muggle-borns, befriended blood traitors and made sure her parents knew she had no plans in pursuing the path of the Dark Lord. At sixteen they decided their daughter had become an embarrassment and decided to set up a betrothal for her. During her betrothal party, she brought a muggle-born friend of hers and kissed him in front of everyone. This led to both of them being tortured by her father. This was the first time Ophelia remembered the torture that her father put her through and memories of the past flooded her. Every spell, every word said, just how awful her father actually was. After the event as people were leaving and Ophelia was helping her boyfriend so he could get medical help her brother, Elijah came and murdered the boy in front of her. Fi was devastated and in her anger, she lost it and ended up torturing Elijah to the brink of death. She was able to claim self-defense and got out of getting into any trouble for the event, but it still haunts her and her father still punishes her for it.
Fi has always loved helping people. She's a very motherly person despite the fact that she never really had a parental figure in her life. This lead to her dreaming of being a healer. After Hogwarts she spent a couple of years traveling to sort herself out and then returned to start her training. She works in the pediatric wing at St Mungos because she loves working with children and seeing them get better and stronger.
Despite the fact that she doesn't want to, Fi still lives in the Rowle Manor. She doesn't make enough money to move out yet. Constantly being under her father’s watch and control frightens her, but she just spends the night at random friend's houses and she's working towards being able to move out into a small place of her own.
Much to Fi´s father´s disapproval, Fi adopted a cat when she got back from her travels. She realized how much she needed a companion so she wouldn't feel as alone. She loves her cat and plans on getting another one as soon as she is able to move out.
Fi loves cooking and baking. She is often in the kitchen baking or cooking something despite her parent's disapproval given they had house elves who could do it all for them.
Boggart: Ophelia’s boggart takes the form of her father. It used to be getting disowned, but as she grew up she realized she had more than her family and it shifted to her father.
Alliances: Ophelia was a reluctant Death Eater during Voldemort's reign. Her father forced her to get the Dark Mark when she was only twelve years old to prove herself to her family. She didn't agree with his ideas but given her fear of losing her family during that time she blindly followed her father. She was glad when the Black’s took over because it meant Voldemort was no longer around but she didn't expect what they would actually end up like. While she knows she is safe, she also knows that the halfbloods and muggleborns aren´t and that really scares her. She just wants what is best for everyone in the wizarding world.
Mirror of Erised: Ophelia would see herself with her muggleborn boyfriend who is now dead due to her brother´s actions. She would be happy with him and her sister Evie. Their father would be out of the picture and the pureblood ideals no longer impacting her life.
