Just need to put it out there that I’m struggling.

I have so much to be grateful for, and I am! But my depression and anxiety are pretty bad right now, struggling a lot of with my perception of myself.

It’s my birthday tomorrow. I wish I could disappear for a day into the ether. Die a small death. And come back refreshed. This isn’t a cry for help I just wish I could evaporate and float away and re materialize when all the heavy energy has dissipated.
