So, I've always sorta considered using this website as an output with which to shout out my occasional thoughts and ideas and jokes and whatever into the void, but never really got around to setting up an account. However, I've found myself in an interesting situation today that's compelled me to post stuff here.
In April 2025, my girlfriend and I had agreed that around August/September 2026, she'd move between states to come live with me in my college town (we were just graduating high school together at that point). I'd be in my second year, and she'd start community college here. We broke up about a year ago, so I haven't really thought much back on that plan, besides occasionally going "haha I was so naive to be so confident that that plan would realize itself." Well, now, it seems possible that the plan WILL happen---my ex might, in fact, move into my college apartment here in a couple of months.
so that's sort of interesting. to me at least. follow me for updates and yapping and kitten photos or whatever
