It's kind of a relief that Kuuchuu Buranko is all but unheard of, because there's very little chance of Nakamura popping up after 17 years to announce that there's actually an extended Irabu universe with dozens of Irabu Hospitals, each with its own Irabu, and that if one Irabu has a particularly ill patient, he can call in another Irabu for a consult.
