This RP blog uses Kai Chisaki (Overhaul) from the Cleaning Company Overhaul AU. Key differences to his canon counterpart are:
wears a simple mask & white jacket
5 years younger (he's 23; pre-canon)
Far more humble
Has spent time in juvie
Cannot delegate to subordinates (except those mentioned)
Has declared war on the MLA
Was never part of the Shie Hassaikai but revers "Pops" because the Hassaikai boss funded his company through an anonymous contact. Kai learned about his identity much later, when Pops was murdered in the AU. He has been trying to protect his legacy (incl. Eri!) since.
Please note that this Kai's personality is mostly identical to that of canon Overhaul, which means the answers you are getting from him can range somewhere between cynical, sarcastic, abrasive, terse or callous!
You are welcome to insult him. He can (usually) take it.
As far as shipping goes, this Kai is a deeply repulsed aroace. You can watch him squirm and get upset by talking to him about ships that involve him (or a version of him), and you can attempt to flirt with him, but don't expect him to flirt back.

Of course it feels insignificant if you can just pick from an alternate reality that suits your needs instead of shaping one yourself.
As far as I'm concerned, the vast majority of other universes out there are somehow worse than mine, so I'm willing to put in extra effort into this one.
In the ones I've seen or heard of I've either lost my arms, have an insufferable brother, a relationship, or worse - offspring. And in one, I'm also apparently a bird.

You lied to me. You said the villain Mr. Rappa was protecting wasn't anyone I knew.
Raito Sanda ( @ua-storm-duo )
And, are you upset? Chisaki asked, entirely unfazed by the accusation.
Because if so, then that's the whole reason I didn't tell you.
Rappa fell for her childlike demeanor, and made a mistake. I've kept chasing after them, he has since realized his error, and the police have her whereabouts now.
Sanda was silent for a moment, his grip tense on his phone. He had never been angry with Chisaki before now, and even now he could barely justify the reason. It was pure emotion. He couldn't suppress that in the same way Chisaki seemed to find so easy.
...I want to know exactly why you didn't tell me. Upsetting me isn't something you've ever cared about.
You're right. Generally speaking, the feelings of others are of no concern to me.
But I do care if the people I work with are getting overly emotional. Too much emotion leads to irrational decisions, more mistakes, and ultimately, more work for me.
When we had that talk, I was in the middle of chasing them back down. I did not need you to start a manhunt yourself, or for you to have a mental breakdown about the moth girl having gotten away temporarily.
I-I wouldn't have had a mental breakdown. I'm fully capable of remaining rational and professional. I understand my position and I'll do as I'm told, but I would have liked to have been informed for the sake of my safety.
Your safety was being handled at the time, in part by keeping you out of the loop.
And you are not thinking clearly about this, or this conversation would already be over.
I removed one potential risk factor from an already precarious investigation involving numerous parties using a simple and harmless lie. That's all there was to it.
Unfortunately...that did make sense. Sanda was clearly getting emotional over this. He can only imagine how emotional he would have gotten if he had been told while she was still missing. He might have genuinely lost it.
In the end, no harm had come to him. Presumably because of Chisaki's handling, at least in part.
He's silent again for a moment before exhaling quietly.
...My apologies. I'm calm. I'm thinking clearly.
Mostly. Probably.
If the situation is handled, then-...am I permitted to speak with Mr. Rappa again now?
He's no longer guilty of hiding a villain, but unfortunately the authorities had already been aware of his past participation in death matches. So he's still being hunted for murder.
The girl whose contact I gave you seems to be with him at the moment, or very close to him at least, so you can ask her to relay messages without getting yourself back into trouble.
You lied to me. You said the villain Mr. Rappa was protecting wasn't anyone I knew.

For what was likely the tenth time or so since Chisaki had begun cooperating with Overhaul, he found himself standing there to simply watch the plushie scurry about the place.
Not only did the critter present a fascinating mystery to the world of quirk science, but it's uniquely small and non-biological form surely had some other uses ...

// I finally thought of a task Chisaki could give plushie mimic! :)
[ The plushie was busy cleaning, squeezing into tight corners that traditional cleaning methods (sponges, mops, washcloths, etc) had difficulty getting into and maneuvering in to effectively clean. He appeared to be humming happily as he worked. ]
You should know there is no guarantee it will get the police off his case, but there is a chance it will shift the general perception of him in his favor.
Unless you have any lingering concerns, I will then forward your number to the student.
