here's a little "meet the author" thing!!
a bit of an old picture, but it's the look i'm going for (but i wanna,, uh. IDK THE WORD but i wanna make it wavy kinda?? AND DYE IT PINK I THINK ITD BE COOL).
hi! my name's londyn. 21, ftm, he/him, hispanic, white passing. i am incredibly pale i know, i basically went outside for the first time at 19.
i grew up in my bedroom. i got taken from my birth mother at 8 months old, my grandmother n my mother's stepdad came and got me, raised me, i've lived with them ever since.
bad things have this odd way of happening every ten years or so in my hometown.
a lot of the locals say, "the devil haunts samson."
i've got a LOT of ideas, and about four different, separate, equally cool ideas for a way to get my show on air AND clean up my county.
i'll explain them more in detail in a later post, but they are:
1: House of Xiras/House of Midnight; a two-part webcomic about coming of age in the royal family of a magical, mystical, fend-for-yourself, dystopian planet on the brink of apocalyptic warfare.
2: The Legend of Zelda: Era of the Shield Maiden; basically just a roleswap zelda timeline split that takes place after botw, in the Hero is Defeated timeline, where Tears of the Kingdom never got to take place because the Hero of the Wild was once again felled by the Calamity.
3: American Thoroughbred; a loosely autobiographical novel about the life and times of the old rural, conservative, prejudiced US southeast.
4: a charity!! i'm gonna be donating some of the proceeds from the comic to the trevor project, an lgbtq youth anti-suicide charity that helps to make binders and other necessary transition supplies accessible to anyone!
i'm also very much entertaining the idea of starting a charity to help substance abuse survivors and their families, as well as raise awareness about men's mental health, to promote open and honest discussion!
this has been pretty long already, im sleepy lol
anyway, the first episode is scheduled for may 6th!! have fun, it's a wild ride.
