Your f/o cares for you whilst you're sick
→ You wake up and your throat is so sore you can't swallow and you can't speak. Your head is killing you and your nose is blocked just to make this all so much better. Not.
→ But your f/o is on it right away, you wake up, all sniffly and coughing and they come straight to your beside, without hesitating to take care of you. They have your favourite drinks in the frige but they bring you a tea to help your through, they find the medicines you need, make sure you have all your regular prescriptions as well if you have any of those
→ They stay by your side whilst your drowzy because you didn't get any good sleep being sick. They make sure that you're all good throughout the night, even sleeping by you (if they don't usually do that)
→ Your f/o will grab you whatever you need whenever you ask for it, not matter what it is they will go and find it and give it to you toot sweet.
→ They'll run their fingers through your hhair, clearly your face of any grime from when you slept. They won't judge you when you sound funny trying to talk with a blocked nose and they won't make comments about your hygene because taking care of yourself is really hard when your sick and they understand
→ They would never pressure you to do anything you don't want to do, or can't do because you're sick. What's important is that you need rest and you're f/o won't hear otherwise. No chores, no study and certainly no work until your better.
→ They'll hold you close and kiss you even though you tell them that it will make them sick they don't care, because they want you to still feel loved when you feel icky. Because right now you are all that matters to them
→ They'll make sure you have tissues, and a bucket if you're sick and they won't let you do anything by yourself. Help you to the bathroom if you're rundown or drowzy from the medicine, make every meal for you, get everything you need.
→ Your f/o would read to you if you asked, or watch a movie with you, setting up a laptop or tv or their phone so that you can watch something and not think about how horrible you feel. Or if you're ok and need a good distraction they'll play video games or boardgames with you. Anything to keep you entertained when you can't do much
→ And if you end up crying because being sick is really awful they will be there to rub your back and give you a space to let out all those emotions because it's hard when you're so sick you can't do anything.
