What would happen if the cast were transported to the modern day?

First and foremost, VERY confused lol.

Although I think Pearline would love the expansive and hasty nature of being an indie jazz/swing singer/songwriter.

For everyone else such as Mugman, Cuphead, etc, taking in the wonders and rules of a more modern age will get some getting used to.

I realized I recently got some new followers so here's a little bit about me!

My name is Mandy/Amanda, i'm a hobby writer and artist! I'm 28, and I love all things strawberries and Sailor Moon.

My most recent projects are my Cuphead AU @oyster-bar-au and I recently joined my friend Tobi on @showbiz-and-souls as a Co-Writer!

Im in multiple fandoms and a multi-shipper at heart, and im always open to answer any questions regarding them such as: Cuphead, Sonic, TMNT, Gravity Falls, Haikyuu!!, Witch Hat Atelier, Dungeons & Dragons, just to name a few!

So my entire outline for the AU got deleted off my computer.

Keep in mind, I had up to 8-9 Chapters written out and framed for the entire AU with additional notes and story beats and now all that's left is just the small notes I have on my phone. Im actually really devastated and so I have to start over.

For those wanting more of the original content of the AU ill still have art planned for it and will answer asks in character, but the actual chapters may take some extra time.

What do Mugman, Cuphead, and Pearline like to do in their spare time?

Mugman

- He'll usually be seen reading in his spare time when it's available. He's been super busy with distilling the alcohol he rarely has moments of peace to himself. If he truly needs to unwind, he'll go out and stargaze, just looking up into the cosmos.

Cuphead

- If he's not out and about working, he'll typically just be wandering, lingering in the streets of the Isles. Sometimes he'll stop by the theater to watch moving pictures, or he'd go back to the cottage to continue his tradition of grabbing a snack bowl and listening to radio shows. Other than that he'll go find the speakeasy and hang out there in Pearline's room or the bar with a notebook he keeps.

Pearline

- Song-writing is her big go-to. She'll sit at her vanity or desk for hours just thinking of lyrics and choreography for when she'll perform again. Other than that she usually does a full spa treatment for herself. Rinse, Polish, Luster, Dust, in that order.

To Mugman, what's the hive?

MM: Queen Honeybottoms has gotten her mitts in every kind of security all across the Isles, especially the cops. So Cuphead an' I try to avoid as much of them as possible. The Hive's just a nickname.

hey cups, 3 questions, and for mugsy 2, as for cuphead, did you and mugsy always got along? And how is Pearline like with you?, and you don't have to answer cups but does mugman like you? Or you guys have a bit of a not on good terms, and mugman, what's your favorite drink and are you and Pearline good friends?

CH: Jeez, I mean, we get along when we can. We're brothers, we get in spats every other week or so! As for Pearly, well..We've had our good and bad days, but I know it's cause she cares. She and Mugs are a lot like each other. She deserves better...So does he.

MM: Oh uh, I dont drink much, but just a simple glass of whiskey n' benzene works for me! I think Pearline is pretty alright, she keeps my brother in check when I can't, but somehow I get the feeling she's hiding more than either of us knows.

For Pearline, what are the qualities you tend to look for in other toons; when it comes to close friends?
