Here's the thing bud, it can feel like you’re "fattening up" at times especially with how big your belly has been getting lately, but you see that's just your big appetite from all the working out, gotta eat big to get big, Ok big boy? Be a good growing jock and chug a shake, make it two, and jiggle your ballooned up belly hands free, a good core exercise, I wanna see that overgrown belly bounce like you're getting fucked hard. It's not all too common....but sometimes jocks kinda do have to fatten up to get MAX gains, and I'm talking about alot of eating, and I mean ALOT. I gotta say it's not for everyone and kinda turns jocks away, especially from how big a jocks belly can grow with this special bulk,, but trust me fat boy, you're gonna wanna eat till your gut aches and make that belly grow bigger and bigger till all you can do is moan in pain from an overstuffed belly. It's called fattening up for a reason, and I think you can handle it, only best and most obedient jocks obey coach’s orders. You'd trust a professional coach, right? I only want what's best for you....and I. So don't worry, just gorge, fill up your gut, fuck it just fatten up, it's all for the bulk, you got that big boy? Have you noticed the effects of the daily shake?
I haven’t been doing daily shakes lately, but they do work. I need to spread my shakes out over the day - just drink it like chocolate milk so I don’t get sick of it drinking so much at once. I gain best with a variety of foods and snacks. The shakes are like drinking a smooth peanut butter cup version of chocolate milk, and who could resist that?
I have been noticing differences lately especially in my lower belly. Everything hangs lower down there, and it jiggles so much but feels bigger and heavier. I’ll add the shakes back into the mix and really ramp up the weight gain. I’ll soon be needing bigger clothes, so that’s a good sign.
The recipe again for anyone who missed it in the earlier post:
1.5 liters of high fat milk, 2 cups peanut butter, 1 package of Jello chocolate pudding powder mix, ½ cup of corn syrup.
Blend it all together with a blender until very smooth and chug it down (I just use a handheld electric blender). It’s silky and creamy and tastes like a liquid peanut butter cup. You can try different milks and creams and adjust the amount of peanut butter (1.5 cups makes a thickness more like chocolate milk, which makes it very easy to drink more).

How to become massive
This will be a quick overview over how to become massive. This will be a rather scientific approach on how to increase white adipose tissue growth (i.e., fat gain), slow down metabolism and decrease muscle gain.
The 10 commandments:
1. Have a high-carb and low-protein breakfast. This will keep you hungry during the day.
2. Don't have breakfast within the first hour after waking, so your body will be more likely to store energy in the form of fat.
3. Try to build the majority of your diet on carbs. Carbs are highly likely to turn into fat, while proteins and fats are less likely. This is because they trigger a different hormonal response
4. Don't consume too much garlic, caffeine, green tea and spinach, since they contain nutrients that will increase fat burn
5. Fruits are fine, they can actually help you gain weight because of insoline spikes
6. Rest 15-30 minutes before eating. This is so your muscle cells close and don't absorb/burn much of the energy
7. Don't shower or bathe cold, don't swim regularly and put on warm clothes during winter. Cold exposure not only burns a lot of calories, your body will actually form brown fat tissue, which is a kind of fat designed to burn fat for warmth
8. Dig into dairy products and white grains (e.g., wheat-products) for an increase in fat gain
9. Have 2-3 high-calorie meals during the day and add snacks in-between as you wish.
10. Sweetness is your friend, no matter if sugar or artificial sweeteners
Following these 10 commandments will make it almost impossible to not gain weight. Combine this with a lot of stuffing and a high caloric excess (e.g., eating 5000+ calories per day) and you will presumably be putting on several pounds per week.
