Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies :) 2 and 3/4 cups of oatmeal (old fashioned) 1 and 1/4 cups of all purpose flour 1 tsp of baking powder 1/2 cup of honey or brown sugar 1/4 cup of white sugar 1/2 cup of butter (it’s usually one stick) 1 egg 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract 1/2 tsp of salt I eyeballed the dark chocolate amount.
