I adore Brook but the most recent chapter blew me away.

There was no hesitation, no question in him. His King said they had an enemy and he just responded with ‘Understood’ and prepared to go to war. No explanation needed. He believed in this man so deeply, cared about him so much, that he agreed without any thought.

And the real kicker, he hasn’t changed. Because he does the same with Luffy. He is so devoted to Luffy that he requires no explication of his decisions.

My designs on how I imagine Zoro's parents looked and were like: Roronoa Arashi and Tera.

If Ushimaru has blue hair, it makes sense that Furiko (Zoro's grandmother) also had it that color. Therefore, Arashi would also have blue hair but maybe less indigo;

And tera, well, a yellowish green/greenish yellow

Mixing both colors, we get Zoro's.

To be honest, I don't like all the Tera designs where they draw her being exactly like Zoro. It's like- Zoro looks like his grandma's side of the family, which means that his features are like his DAD's, not like his mother. I think his personality is mainly from her mom's side though. She was a bandit and Zoro is kinda like "whatever I want, I take it".

Headcanons of how their relationship was:

• Kozaburo, Furiko and other wanted samurais get to a new island that's being controlled by bandits. They help and defeat them. Stablish themselves on the island.

• Furiko falls in love with a swordsman and have Arashi.

• Their personalities are very different. He's calm and focused and she seems to be angry and stressed all the time.

• Arashi and Tera meet and clash a lot also because Arashi's family defeated her family.

• Against all odds, they fall in love eventually and have Zoro.

• Arashi dies fighting pirates as he's helping defend the island. Tera takes care of Zoro until she falls sick and dies.

• Zoro starts roaming and surviving alone, having to fight even adults. Finds the dojo. The rest is story.
