I was doing my physical therapy this morning and was thinking about how guds it feels to “workout” again and be physically active!! 🌟Don’t take the little things for granted!🌟For almost the last 2 years, I haven’t been able to work out or do any sort of physical activity because of my back injury.

I went to the docs 2 months ago and they did an MRI. They found out I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back. They wanted to do surgery, but at 25, I told them it wasn’t an option. Now I’m doing physical therapy daily and I’ve already noticed a huuuge difference!!!! And I’ve had less episodes where I’ve irritated it and when I have, they’re waaay shorter amounts of time!
