We decided to keep the 30th day a secret because we’re not good at good byes... 😭 For Thankful Tuesday, we decided to thank and honor YOU for coming along our journey to achieving mental well-being for the month. The road to having and mainting optimal mental health is not one that goes in a straight path. It is a series of challenging, manageable, and sometimes even scary pathways. Even though Pagsibol activities only happened in the month of September, we hope that it has helped you. Danielle, Ces, Seth and Regina had a lot of fun carrying out the activities planned and we hope you did too! With that, we would like to thank YOU again because without you, Pagsibol would not be what it is today 💙 Hence, before we part ways, we challenge you to thank people who have shown endless support for you! 🙏🏼 Keep your eyes peeled, we might have one last surprise! 👁👄👁
Hi!! Today’s my last post for my week of doing mental health activities!! I decided to thank my grandma because I haven’t seen her in a while and I was able to visit her safely. I think we should thank our grandparents as well for how much they love us and to foster a better relationship with them. Nevertheless, this week was very eye-opening and fun to do and I can see myself having more mental health weeks in the future. Thank you for viewing our posts! <3 Regina

Hello, it’s Regina again! We’re down to our last week of the calendar! Thank you for being with us in our journey for mental health development and awareness! I have certainly learned more from the week I spent doing these activities. So here is our last post for #SocialSunday <3 Given the hectic week all of us have been facing, me and my friends decided to check up on one another through a zoom call! Always make sure to know how your other friends are doing as well since you never know what they are going through. Hope you all have a happy Sunday!
Due to my self-esteem, I'm not a person who frequently has photoshoots. However, having one every once in a while makes me feel good about myself. When I see myself in the photos taken during the shoot, I get a sense of validation. It's fun to capture days wherein I feel beautiful and confident.
Listening to music is one of my favorite pastimes. I love listening to music because it's able to put me in a certain mood. For instance, when I listen to upbeat songs, I feel light and energized. Music is an amazing medium that can make you feel.

Fruits are an important component of a balanced diet because they supply your body with the vitamins and nutrients you need. Instead of artificial sweets for dessert, eat a fruit cup! Besides having it after meals, eat fruits as a snack too.
Exercise can be intimidating for some, so a game like Just Dance helps ease that intimidation. Just Dance is an exciting way to get some exercise. It's a dancing game that captivates your attention, so you won't feel like you're actually exercising. Dancing repeatedly will get you to sweat and burn accumulated fats and calories.
Note: Don’t have a console and/or the Just Dance game? There are many videos of Just Dance routines on YouTube. The scoring aspect of the game won’t be present, but that’s alright. The most important thing is to be able to move, groove, and exercise!
Giving a gift to a friend is one of the many ways you can show gratitude to them. The gift doesn't have to be expensive. What I suggest is to think about the things they love. Buy or make an item based on what they love. Voila! A meaningful gift for your friend.
How’s your week going? Here’s a photo of our daily family practice - praying the rosary. It helps everyone in our household attain peace of mind and unite the family together. Dedicating time even as brief as 5 minutes can do wonders. In those few minutes, close your eyes and pay attention to your surroundings. Listen and think about what you hear and feel. In my experience, I felt the cool breeze of my electric fan. It made me think that a warm hug from someone I care about would be nice!
Having a celebration is a great way to interact and socialize with family. Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and promotions are some of the reasons to have a celebration. I recently had my birthday, so my family and I had a party.
Note: Family doesn't exclusively pertain to biological family. It could also mean people you consider family such as friends or a partner!
Happy Sunday everyone! How’s your Sunday like so far? I called my grandmother and aunt immediately after I woke up because I missed them a lot. I haven’t talked to my aunt in months, so it felt really nice to catch up again. My grandmother has not been in our house for ages too! Don’t forget to always check up on your family and friends for Social Sunday!

My closet has really been messy ever since the start of quarantine because every piece of clothing I own was just in different drawers. I decided to push myself and finaly organize everything!
