“overload is an understatement. but uh, yeah, i figured as much. guess it was asking for too much for everything to calm down after i left, huh?” beacon hills was too much for him. yes, allison was a contributing factor as to why he left, but it wasn’t the only reason. he had to give it to stiles (as well as the rest of the pack) for being strong enough to actually stick around. “well, that’s very cool,” he admitted. it was strange to see how much stiles had changed. but he changed as well. here they were, having an actual conversation. “i— am?” he couldn’t help but ask, definitely caught off guard by what stiles had said. he had heard and pretty much assumed that leaving usually meant leaving.
"Well yeah. Unless you don't want to be." Stiles replied, unsure if he had said something wrong. He knew things were different with everyone, that they had all matured and did their own thing now. "I mean you're as much as a member of the pack as I am." He smiled as he nodded in the direction that they were both heading in. "No, when you left Beacon Hills, somehow worse shit seemed to happen." He explained as he nonchalantly escorted Issac to where they lived.
