i think the reason why having an office job is an “ideal” work type is because during the early invention of computers not many people have access to computers and most of the people that do have access are office workers

Can we talk about Bruno?
he looks so confused as to why people always assume the worst. like the “mischievous grin” he had during Pepa’s wedding was most likely just him having an awkward smile and fidgeting. he’s just confused on why people blame him for the predictions they asked for.

hi, i recently lost my grandfather and before he went away, my father brought him to our house to take care of him. if you, or anyone is considering bringing someone to be taken care of from their home here are some things that my father did to make our grandfather feels comfortable.
-bringing cutleries (cups, plates
-clothes (duh)
-furniture (my father brought two chairs from his home so he can sit on it and feel at home)
-his bedsheets, pillows and pillowcase. (we want him to feel less like he's trapped or sumting cus it's the mco and he's not vaccinated because his doctor didn't advise him to)
-having his wife stay too ( this is basically the best thing you can do let them stick together yanno)
my grandfather had cancer and the doctor didn't say anything about what he can't or can eat, so if he ever request anything we eill try our best to cook or order food.
it doesn't matter if you have a lawn or if your house is an apartment but it helps if they can have fresh air, maybe let them sit by the window or have them sit outside.
we have cats that's in their cage outside, (my mom's allergic so we bring them in our house once a week at least) and my grandfather loves to watch the cats play. if you have pets, any kind it will help them a lot . i figured he's been having sensory issues after a while and he likes to watch the fish in the aquarium.
maybe it's not that clear to others but sometimes patients with chronic illness develops sensory issues. we let him watch the fish, close the door when we're cooking because the smell bothered him and adjusted the fan as he asked to.
this is just what we did to accommodate him and he passed after a month of staying with us in his sleep. i think it's really neat for me to share this to anyone who's taking care of their family with illnesses so they can be prepared for anything <3
