Hey do you know alot about internal organs. Cause if so then i have a pretty specific question.

Are... are your organs covered in blood??? Since blood tends to flow thru the blood vessels, and if your body is healthy and all your blood vessels are imtact then your organs shouldn't be covered in blood, right? But just saying that feels wrong.

No, unless you are actively experiencing internal bleeding then your organs are not covered in blood. They are however wet, but it's cerebrospinal fluid and mucus that keeps them that way.

Trust me you do not want them to be in any other condition. If they were covered in blood then there would be no way for your body to effectively circulate that blood, leading you to bleed out. As for them being wet, I personally would not want to experience dry friction on my organs so I am more than okay with that

Also just to clear up any further confusion, cerebrospinal fluid (as the name implies) is contained to just your brain and spinal cord. The rest are protected by mucous

why is no one talking about the book reunion scene. did you know when grace explains that he’s going to die of starvation, rocky immediately tells him to leave and go back home, that he’ll just keep waiting, that erid might send another ship someday. i’m going crazy. rocky had probably completely accepted his fate and then grace miraculously appeared and gave him back his life and his home. and he was instantly willing to give it all up again just so grace could survive. can anyone hear me. this is insane. i’m insane

Simon, who has been watching way too many romcoms and historical drama series in an effort to better learn how to woo Grace, has come to the conclusion that one of the most important steps is getting the family's blessing. And, of course, that means he needs Rocky's blessing.

Rocky, who has been watching those exact same romcoms and drama series along with Simon to help him study human courting methods so that his best friend can finally have a mate, is very excited. Because he's learned about another very important step in the courting rituals that he's all too thrilled to partake in; the shovel talk.
