Naoya Zenin has a terrible and severe case of prefecture elitism. He will run you over if you're from Kanto, especially if you're a Tokyolite. Though if you're from Kansai, but (God-forbid) from Wakayama or Shiga, he'll still run you over.

I need to write this specific scenario of 15 year old Megumi buying alcohol himself for the first time and it's this Kirin grapefruit chūhai. He finds the taste disgusting (because it really is), but drinks it all anyway. There's also his whole ordeal of hiding the cans overnight and throwing them away at public areas in the early mornings so Tsumiki doesn't find out that he's drinking underage.
Also Also. Recently found out that Megumi's middle school is based on this actual school in Urawa Ward in Saitama. Which is wonderful info because I love incorporating real life places into the fictional sandbox section of my mindspace. Makes for great inspiration & visualization for different settings. And I like how no one from both main trios are originally from Tokyo (Shōko doesn't have a canonical home prefecture but she's from Kanagawa, trust me) because those people just aren't real to me, especially Big City Urban Tokyo.

Toji and Naoya interaction where Naoya says "Cutter? I barely know her!" as an attempt to be funny (he's not he really isn't) after Toji asks if he was the one that taught Megumi how to cut himself (he was)
学パロ sukume where Sukuna gets punched in the face weekly by Uraume cause they like seeing him with a bloody nose
I'm guessing that the connections between Sukuna/Uraume and Sugawara no Michizane (historical figure) with his plum blossoms is sort of obvious to anyone who's delved into their historical references, and has probably been pointed out in the past. TL;DR: Michizane is a large inspiration for Sukuna. I'll talk about it in depth one day myself, but it's sort of introductory obligation to the pairing in my eyes....
That being said, I love that so many of Michizane's poems center around plum blossoms (which quite literally pertains to the "ume" 梅 part of Uraume's name). Because Michizane speaks of plum blossoms so fondly in a way that I think gives a good idea on how Sukuna viewed Uraume.
The poem 「月夜見梅花」 that Michizane composed when he was eleven is just so quaint to me, considering it was his first Kanshi poem. Canonical epilogue aside where Sukuna's probably an adult, it makes me think that Sukuna and Uraume probably knew each other when both of them were younger. The image of Uraume knowing Sukuna since his teen years oddly fits the two of them.

But!!!! Michizane's last poem 「謫居春雪」 during his time of exile in Dazaifu suggests a sense of nostalgia and return that differs from how Sukuna decides to go North to be reborn anew.

Makes you wonder how things would have hypothetically turned out if Uraume wasn't there at all. Unlike Michizane who had to leave his plum blossoms in Heian-kyō, Uraume returned to Sukuna via reincarnation. Would he still go North? He did go with them after all.
When I was fourteen and really into BSD, one of my first fic drafts involved Dazai warning random children at a local park that he visits about the dangers of living in construction sites (concrete block almost fell on his head once when he was nineteen)
