I changed my user from ActuallyKyogai to Kenny_jaku, so I’d rather be called Ken or Kenny. I’m okay with Kyo or Kyogai though, you could call me almost anything lols.
I’m unlabelled. My sexual orientation doesn’t matter to me, I don’t experience much attraction anyway.
I’m into manga, comics, art, writing, history, horror, vampirism, dark fantasy and collecting merch. Fave artists are Yoshitaka Amano, Gustav Klimt and Takato Yamamoto. Most interested in the medieval and Sengoku periods.

SHIPS:
I’ve started to become more stingy with ships as of late. It mostly depends on my mood, but I’m very selective about ships with both of my OTPS
KenHaze (OTP!)
BakuKaji (OTP)
Exceptions: TenKen, StarJaku, TakaHaze, TakaKen, TakaKenHaze and KadoKaji (other than TenKen/StarJaku they’re all occasional exceptions ehe)
Other ships: MomoMai, NobaMai, YuujiRin, MeguHana, NobaFumi, SukuGo, NobuHal.
Please don’t talk to me about Reggie x Hazenoki 😓😓
I think I’m pretty chill or neutral with most legal ships though
I’m part of both the shipping and powerscaling sides of the JJK fandom, but I’m too stupid to actually do much with the latter. (Kenjaku top 3 btw, that’s the only thing I’m resolute about)
Favourite JJK chapters are 239, 241, 173, 169 and 209. Favourite fights are Takaba vs Kenjaku, Kenjaku vs ChosoYuki, Reggie and co vs Megumi + Takaba and Hakari vs Charles. Favourite arcs are the Culling Game and Baka Survivor.
Currently playing Pokemon Sun. My faves are Dialga, Treecko, Giratina, Golisopod and Magneton. Lusamine is the only antagonist ever. Collecting TCG (not too serious about it). I also play CRK and CROB, faves are Silent Salt, Obscure Umbra and Sugarfly currently.
Something a little more personal:
I’m a really awkward person, who doesn’t often say the right things or manage to articulate feelings well. I apologise if I ever come across too immature or rude over messages it is never my intention. I get anxious about self perception and the ways others perceive me pretty often.
Remi analysis/defense because a mutual pointed out her treatment by the fandom and it got me thinking
Remi was thrust into the brutal, uncaring world of the Culling Game with no prior knowledge of jujutsu sorcery. The awakened sorcerers as a majority appear to be deemed weaker, easier targets than incarnations. Barely able to use her cursed technique effectively, she’s defenceless and terrified of death. Which is precisely why she resorts to essentially exploiting herself, letting herself be taken advantage of by men who have little regard for her safety, only using her to make the fulfilment of their own plans easier. For her whole life, sorcerer or not, she’s been vulnerable, so putting on a cutesy, almost provocative front is how she copes (as mentioned in her backstory). It’s what she believes is most appealing to a man, even if it is viewed as annoying by a quantifiable portion of the fanbase. Obviously those manipulative tactics aren’t morally correct and she may not be portrayed as completely innocent, but it would be unfair to ignore the influence of Reggie and the alliance. They promised to protect her life if only she would utilise her femininity to lure in unassuming players for the men to kill. Reggie especially pretends to care for Remi, acting as if she’s the most valued team member whom he would never eliminate even in dire circumstances. “Reggie is my true knight,” is a quotation that evidently alludes towards Reggie manipulating Remi, using his own charms to ensure her compliance. As much as I love Reggie, I can admit that his actions are arguably worse than Remi’s but never once have I seen any criticism for him.
My other example would be Hazenoki, although it’s painful to critique him to me. It’s increasingly clear he has no consideration for Remi’s life. In fact, she gets caught in the crossfire of two of his explosions, one in the anime and manga respectively. During chapter 168, we can see Hazenoki directly aiming a projectile at Megumi whilst Remi was still in range. This could imply that Hazenoki views her as expendable, he doesn’t truly she her efforts to help the team as anything of value, so if she does pass on what does it matter to him? This can be contrasted by his reaction to Reggie’s death, impacting him enough to be the final straw to give up fighting his opponent altogether. In my opinion, it could show how Remi’s life is seen as unimportant in comparison to her male counterparts, reflecting poorly on the allies themselves as well as those in the fandom who hate on Remi and other female characters blindly.
Losers on TikTok shitting on my KenHaze by whining about how they killed him…brooo I’m fully aware, 239 is my favourite chapter and the reason I even ship them in the first place. It’s not gonna offend me and make me stop shipping them. Besides other widely popular ships such as SatoSugu and SukuGo also involve one killing the other and I hardly see anyone complaining about that because of a focus on other parts of the dynamics…how is it any different to my beloveds…
