"Entry to planning and development" in one hand, a rock in the other - The occupied West bank - Palestine
Another innocent soul. This is martyr Hadil al-Hashlamoun, she is just an 18-year-old Palestinian student who got killed today morning by Israel at the Container military checkpoint in central Hebron in the southern West Bank. IOF have opened fire on the Palestinian girl under claims that she tried to stab a soldier, which is another Israeli lie. “When Hadil passed the checkpoint soldiers stopped her and wanted to search her. She refused to be touched or searched by them and asked for a female soldier to do so, or just they let her go back and she does not want to enter. Occupation soldiers shout at her in Hebrew and shot her.” Eyewitness said. The body of the martyr Hadil still in the hands of occupation.

His name is Ramzi Abu Redwan. During the time the picture was taken he was 8 years old. Today he is 36 and has become a world-class solo musician and composer, playing the Oud, Buzuq, Violin and Viola.
He was discovered by a Palestinian musician who recognized his natural talent at the viola, and later received a scholarship to study at a conservatory in France. He could have stayed there and lived a comfortable life in Paris, but instead, he chose to return home and give back the gift of music by openning music schools in Palestinian towns and refugee camps.
I want you all to know that we, the two families, are strong as mountains today. Deah’s mother, Layla Barakat, comforted us fantastically today. She noticed the symbolism behind their names: Deah=light, Yusor=easiness, Razan=straight (مستقيم). It is no coincidence that Allah SWT (God) chose the three that literally describe the path to Jennah (paradise). These three Angels exalted our names and I am honored and thankful to Allah SWT for blessing me with the time I spent with them. And who better to represent the true meaning of Islam all over the world especially in these times? They shook Planet Earth! Our eyes and hearts ache, but we accept fate. We will be patient like Mohammad, Jesus, Moses, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Jonah, Abraham, and Noah in hopes of joining them in the hereafter. Thank you for all of the support. - Yousef Abu-Salha, Yusor and Razan’s brother and Deah’s brother in law.
I’m so angry, I have been writing post after post on my facebook. The lack of reaction on my timeline is shocking. I haven’t heard a single word of solidarity from anyone besides the Muslims I am friends with. White Americans just don’t care. Americans in general don’t care. Instead, they are rallying behind this man, and calling him a hero. Instead, we are hearing from his lawyer, that the trio were in the “wrong place at the wrong time” even though there were in the comfort of their own house? Now, as a Muslim, I am not even safe inside my own home? Fuck America. I am so angry. I am so, incredibly angry. #JusticeForMuslims #ChapelHillShooting
