Soooo in honor of the 3rd anniversary of the infamous Tokyo trip™ I decided to share a timeline I wrote up quite a while ago (and cleaned up for the occasion). There seemed to be confusion in the fandom regarding when exactly they left, where they went and when, how long the trip lasted etc. so at some point I went through the trouble of scrolling through the tumblr jikook tag/twitter jikook search (especially tweets in Japanese bc I happen to understand the language at an intermediate level) to try and piece things together and this is what I came up with. Is it important? Did we need this at all? Absolutely not, but it’s all I can contribute in this celebration.
Timeline of the info we got while the trip was taking place:
October 28: talks of jikook coming to Japan start around 1pm. Airport pics are shared around 8pm. They left from Busan and were seen off by Jungkook’s father and Jimin’s brother.
(pics are from Gimhae airport in Busan. Even Japanese armys are unsure whether Jikook are actually in Japan until much later)
October 29: we actually got nothing on this day lol. I might have missed some unpopular fanaccounts. No pictures either way.
October 30: rumors/accounts of Jikook being spotted in Shinjuku and Shibuya (including Harajuku and Omotesando). Starting from 10pm, various pics of jikook on the street are shared (both pics taken in the daytime and at nighttime). The two appear to be shopping, judging by the bags Jimin is carrying. In all these pics, Jungkook is wearing his green hoodie and Jimin is wearing a black outfit and a bucket hat (the part of GCFT in the Saint Laurent store as well as Red Rock was clearly filmed on the same day). Note that in GCFT, we can see the shopping happened on Oct 30, so the sightings are from today.
October 31: around 6pm, a pic of Jikook at Disneyland is shared. It is also mentioned that the two watched the fireworks together. Considering the firework show takes place at 8.30pm, one can assume the pic must be from yesterday (as we can also see in GCFT, they’re also wearing the same outfits as in the pics we saw yesterday, with the only difference that jm is wearing a cap insteas of a bucket hat, and a black turtleneck instead of a printed black tshirt). An account from someone who saw them at Disneyland also claims it was a Monday night, which confirms it was the 30th (this also means that most of what we see in GCFT was filmed on Oct 30 except for the beginning).
Around 10pm pics of them at a Gucci store and sorrounding area (Tokyu department store) are shared: in these, jikook are wearing the same outfits they’ll be wearing at the airport when they go back to Korea, so I believe these pictures are from today, unlike the Disneyland ones.
November 1: at around 5am pics of jikook at Tokyo airport are shared. They probably left the previous night.
Later we also get accounts from people seeing them in Shibuya the previous day, plus at 4pm someone posts pics of them wandering in Shibuya: jk is wearing the green hoodie and jm is wearing his green jacket. The poster, who ran into them, claims the pics are from the day before yesterday (Oct 30). This seems a bit strange since jm is wearing the green jacket and a cap, unless these pics were taken right before jikook went to Disneyland and Jimin took off his jacket. Either that or OP got it wrong and the pics are either from the 29th or the 31st (assuming they managed to change clothes at some point).
Now, as we know, some months later jikook claimed that the longest walk they’ve ever had was when they walked “the whole day” in Shibuya during their trip. It is unclear which day this was, but I guess it was either the 29th or the 31st, but I’d say the 31st makes more sense since it was Halloween and they were dressed up (if that’s the case, considering they were spotted at the Gucci store that day, they were probably exaggerating a bit when they said they walked the whole day and it was probably the whole afternoon or something like that). So they either walked around Shibuya on the 29th (and nobody recognized them, like jikook themselves claimed), or they did on the 31st but also went to the Gucci store on the same day, and then went to the airport.
THEREFORE, we can conclude the trip went as follows:
October 28: jikook leave for Tokyo from Busan
October 29: unknown. Possible walk around Shibuya wearing costumes
October 30: shopping in Shibuya and Shinjuku; dinner at Red Rock; Disneyland
October 31: possible walk around Shibuya wearing costumes; shopping at Tokyu department store (Gucci store); going back to Korea

Sure Jan. Gaslighting and Ragebaiting secure Jikookers won't work, but some of these insecure Jikookers should be ashamed that they took tkkers bait and even entertaining them wackos. Jimin's got this. He don't need jkk taking the bait and attacking tkk on his behalf. He is taking that cult down on his own. Just sit back and watch him tear down their confidence and turn their lies back around on them and shut them down. They really believed Tae was gonna be the answer to their prayers when he started posting JK more often, but they forgot Jimin don't play that kind of bullshit and when push comes to shove, he will always make it known Jk is his man and NO ONE ELSE'S and not to forget it. You provoke the bear, he's gonna get pissed and tkk are on his shitlist for months now and I love it.

By tkk brainwashed, braindead, logic, Vhope married. Tae has been spending every single bit of his time on tour off camera with Hobi and has shown that for months, Hobi even appearing in Tae's blog. While they only getting on stage tk moments, cause off camera JK is next to Jimin (we only see it in other members vlogs, videos and pics since they have nothing to prove and don't share it). Tae has done just as many challenges with Hobi as he has Jk. Tae and Hobi are posting each other, if not more than Tae posts Jk. Yet tkk aren't even batting an eyelash, they're so focused on and obsessed with Jimin and what he and Jk do, as usual. Like do you know how embarrassing it is seeing them wave their "Taekook in Hawaii" banner in Jk's face, when Vhope went to Hawaii on a real private vacation together with family, no staff and no members, while Tae was already in Hawaii with friends and staff when he got bored invited Jk later. Oh anon you don't get it, I used to love vhope back when I first became an army and before I even knew of the existence of tk (I am one of the few lucky ones who somehow managed to avoid the tk propaganda early on lol). I shipped them so hard. But then the ship kinda died. I am so happy to see they're still on good terms and have been hanging out a lot. They honestly have a super cute and wholesome relationship.

Jimin isn't caught out eating with anyone anymore? When was the last time someone spotted him out in public with a friend? First time in a long time it was because he went to support Saeon's play and Saeon was surprised he came because it's so rare for Jimin to publicly show up to stuff like that. Only other recent time I can think of would be with the group on tour, but during his free time in SK? Hardly ever since CH2 started.
I don't disagree that with JK in particular he probably wants privacy for obvious reasons, but it just seems like Jimin in general wants privacy because he's really not spotted out with anyone. That's why you're more likely to see tkk these days because both of them do go out in public a lot with friends, Jimin doesn't. Jimin doesn't even go to concerts like other members do, when was the last time we saw him at one? Jimin doesn't really post his private time either but other members like Taehyung, Jhope, and Namjoon do.
Maybe not the point of this post but sometimes I see jikooker's fixating on this with jikook only when it seems like this is also just something about Jimin that shifted over time. Even when you hear about him seeing or doing something with other members 80% it's the other member mentioning it, and with namgi they're his neighbors so he obviously runs into them a lot.
Yeah no I actually didn't agree with that part. Jm really doesn't go out much anymore. So yeah there might be a big "privacy" factor going on for jikook but it's also true that jm doesn't go out much in general.
