I’ve been getting a ton of ryden edits to In My Room by Julia Wolf (great song btw oh my god) and yes keep the edits coming but I feel like these editors don’t GET Ryden to In My Room like I do cause I swear she wrote this song about THEM

This is obvious. I feel like the pining is obvious. They miss each other all of the time

Ryan has no internet presence to stalk so just imagine Brendon just wondering if Ryan is looking him up to see how he’s doing or what he’s been up to. (If he’s happier without him)

Ryan made breaking the band up (and breaking up with Brendon) look so easy to do. Obviously we know it was hard for both of them but neither of them knew that. Brendon could only see how seemingly easy it was for Ryan to walk away from everything they made.

How old am I? How much have I changed since we met? Not that much

Do you think they would go to each others funerals if something (god forbid) were to happen?

And I think it’s cause it’s been years since they’ve talked about each other or talked to each other but every so often, I’ll see a photo that just stops me in my tracks and I remember “oh yeah, they were friends. Not only that, they were best friends” and I remember that this version of them isn’t just something fictional that I created in my head but a friendship that was actually real at some point.

It’s gotten to the point where I kind of treat them as these fictional characters but these are like real people who went through a life changing 5 year journey together and now DON’T TALK

Listening to the fever demos is crazy because I love fever so much but there’s not a decision they made on from demo to release that I thought was a bad idea

The released album is so much better high key. But I am hearing so much more electronic influences on the first half so that’s interesting
