@krisxmoon: Took my best friend out for her first movie! She was super into the movie and snacks right up until she passed out on me. Don’t worry I gave a heads up to the like 5 people in the theatre that I’ll take her out if she makes a peep but she did great! 🎞📽🍿
I don’t think it’s cool to tell moms how to raise their kids, but do you think it’s ever something that you’d mention or like comment on one of Chloe’s posts? Since it has to do with Rory’s safety? Or is it just something you think you’d rather not get involved with? Cause she might me unaware of the dangers, being a semi-young mom..
It’s not my place :/ if I was with her irl in the moment and I actually knew her, I would say something. But no. As a stranger online, whatever I have to say isn’t going to change anything. It’d just be an annoyance at best.
I will remain frustrated and astounded from afar lol
Every time they post something with Rory & food I’m like “is this something Aly is gonna call dangerous??” Not really even in a rude way, I just don’t know anything about kids, so more like “what is she gonna educate me on this time?”
And that’s exactly why I’m saying it tbh. The only reason I know anything about this stuff is because I work with babies and little kids so often. Babies Rory’s age still need most stuff cut up for them.
When in doubt, Google search. Find a few reliable sources and trust them. If something says wait, you wait.
I know that lollipops can be a choking hazard but if someone is watching her, isn’t that okay?
It’s a lot better, but imagine it comes off the stick and gets stuck in her throat. They have mere seconds to do something about it.
If I was a mom - if I was babysitting - there would be no lollipops til kindergarten. Definitely not for a baby. No way. I watch a little boy pretty regularly who’s three months older than Rory, and just the thought of giving him a lollipop makes my chest tighten. That is so inappropriate.
I know I sound crazed and super harsh but like. I don’t want anyone to ever think that this stuff is okay. It’s so dangerous.
@krisxmoon: Happy Halloween! 🎃 Rory’s first time trick or treating!
