well, there's just so many to mention and choose from!!! Like there's the canonical continuation to the Rite of Farewells, that's one I've been wanting to do for a while.... there's a horror option with mannequins and ghouls and stuff... there's one with the morgue (tm).... one with magic and flowers and heroes, ones that are lore accurate to some of my ocs.... there's just so so so many options, wahahahahah
Now if I had to actually expand upon it (since I imagine that would be the next question I get):
The continuation of the Rite of Farewells occurs in the Nocturne and follows one of the survivors of "The Final Farewell". This storyline is called "The Endless Night" and has an essence S-tier, essence A-tiers, and a shop S-tier and a shop A-tier, just like its predecessor.
The horror option, it's called "Continuous Melody" and it follows a young person named "March" as they loop through their hometown. However, with each loop, more and more people turn into monsters until the entire town is overrun by monsters and entities trying to GET their ass.
The morgue has a murder mystery meets paranormal activity storyline going on, where the main character has to figure out who killed the corpse on her table and kill them before the spirit of the corpse kills everyone else trapped in there. It's called "Dead by Night".
The one with magic and heroes and flowers is like... a spiritual successor to Magical Malevolence, in which it's another storybook-based adventure with heroes, monsters, and a narrator who is a little insane, but that's okay, "Timekeeper", I still love you! (I think? Oh yeah, the name for this storyline is "Brave Hero's Charge")
And then there's... well, there's more, but I think that's enough for now?????? Who knows, really.

We've heard a lot about Frankie, but can you tell us anything about Ryze? What inspired her or her lore?
Ryze,,, sorry, I've been holding onto this ask for a while since I've been reworking her lore. Her lore was originally inspired by the Lacey's Flash Games series, specifically the Lacey's Flash Games: "Lacey's Wardrobe" flash game. I make a direct callback to it with the 2025 Halloween Artwork for Ryze. She's dressed as Lacey's final outfit, but I think that was pretty obvious.
Her DBD lore as it stood for a while, was that she was... I think she was inside of the fog because she was on the run from a stalker who wanted to hurt her and got sucked into the fog by accident while on the run. I think that's what it was.
But,,,, Ryze is just the shopkeeper who runs the DBD cosmetic shop, I don't think she really needs to have fr fr deep lore? I mean, there's her lore in Frankie's backstory? In which she was a young lady who lived in the same neighborhood as his parents and little sisters (Fern and Angie), and he happened to meet her one late night on his way back to his job, where she was being stalked, and he indirectly put a stop to that by walking her home. But that's about how far it goes for Ryze tbh? Her main role is just to be the Entity's shopkeeper...
I mean, yeah? Usually, the answer varies time to time, but this time...
I think his actual name is "Eirlys Dostoevsky", Eirlys meaning "Snowdrop" (as in the flower) and Dostoevsky meaning... I think it was "digintary"????? Or a person of dignity, worthiness, and nobility. Clover's just a nickname though. (If you can't tell, Clover's russian!)
You guys might know him better as "Clover Holiday" though... I think everyone does to be honest?
It's... interesting-? Is the best way to put it, I guess. There's actually two separate versions of "Clover"....... the Justice Soul and the Ice Queen verison. The Ice Queen precedes the Justice Soul variant, but he wasn't all too.... important to be honest? A joke that became serious, and an unfortunate realization that the Weird Route matched up with the Ice Queen variant. So, they became the same character in reference.
The Justice Soul- again most of you know him as "Clover Holiday" or just Clover, was the original Justice Soul OC from Undertale (specifically, our Undertale Yellow experience) who ended up in the Deltarune alternative universe afterwards. It became his main setting. Common misconception I find is people assume Christine (you might know him as "Geno") is the justice soul, but he didn't actually have a soul trait. He was moreso associated with the route itself, while Clover was associated with the trait. That's why Christine is more commonly referred to as "Geno", since the route he ended things off with was the Genocide route. So, we just call him "Geno" for short. But his name is actually..... Christine Solaris-? If I'm remembering it correctly... Christine meaning "Follower of Christ" obviously, but Christine moreso in the sense of it's non-religious ties, those being "moral intergrity" and "a steadfast dedication to ones' personal path/principles", and Solaris meaning "Of the Sun". Christine, however... if I'm remembering correctly, Christine is Hispanic, since I gave him that one outfit with the Dia De Los Muertos theme?
... although.
I will be entirely honest.
Christine and Clover were originally based off Dr. Veritas Ratio and Aventurine but I'm not entirely sure how they had gotten there or why? I... pretty notoriously fell asleep in the middle of the stream for Undertale Yellow that Tae was doing, and Yuu was pretty much the one drawing Clover and Christine (which I later took for reference for my own doodles, hence how we got here.) but I don't remember what was said or done to get them to that point due to me pretty much passing out twenty minutes into that stream and being completely out for the entirely of it. (and apparently Tae and Yuu not knowing for a good solid few hours? According to Tae, anyways... something about her asking me something and then realizing I wasn't even awake anymore)
So, yeah. Clover's blonde and teal because of Aventurine, and Christine has that shade of purple because of Dr. Veritas Ratio. I don't think I retained most of their original designs since it was heavily cowboy and that only works in the setting of Undertale Yellow and the wild west aspect.
Eventually, I turned Christine into a gothic scarecrow cowboy and Clover a pretty boy cowboy to properly represent their variants as the route and the soul.
I think Clover became my favorite OC somewhat recently though? With the introduction of Snow and what that would come to mean for Clover's character... It's a certain direction I enjoy a lot with my characters, where they lose the very reason for the principles they once held in their life. In Clover's case, he lost the reason to be kind to the world around him.
He lost his will to be kind to the world that killed his partner (Christine) and he lost his will to keep pretending to be okay. It's not the same breakdown some other characters in the same position would have... it's a quiet breaking apart. A gentle "I quit" and a silent disappearance.
"I just want to get out of this nowhere town. This nowhere planet- this nowhere universe. I just want to go home."
He gets sick and tired of the world around him, of the place he lives, of the body he's inside. He gets distinctively... less willing to continue on in that fake existence. Noelle and Dess aren't his sisters, Carol isn't his mother, Roudolph isn't his father, Kris isn't his friend, this isn't a place he wants to stay in anymore.
In the case of someone like Lorraine who, in a similar vein, lost everything that made him "him" and broke, Clover's breaking is a lot less violent. Lorraine's breaking claimed the lives of dozens of people. Clover's breaking only claimed the lives of one- himself.
He makes me kind of sad. I wish there was a world where things could be okay for Clover, where Clover could be safe and happy. A world where Christine was still alive. A world where their tragedy never has to happen, where no one has to die and they can all be alright.
But in that world, what makes Clover so favorable doesn't exist. So, it's hard to say... But I think Clover's my favorite of the moment,,, I always think about him a lot.
Yeah, I have Sandrone! I’m in love with the calculated setup for her gameplay, and I think she was always my favorite Fatui harbinger, so it’s nice to have her playable and then actually HAVE her.
As long as Lupi knows it’s not ME then it’s what-fuckin’-ever at this point. Your wife is insane. And I mean this lovingly and as someone with an insane partner themself.
