Scarf Of The Day. Xavier Cugat was a bandleader from the 1920s on, and began appearing in motion pictures with his band. His first notable appearance was in 1942 in the movie 'You Were Never Lovelier' which was initially titled 'Carnival In Rio' as is this scarf.
