“Oh come on Sof, If mum would have said yes, then I would have been convinced to do it. . .That’s no excuse.”

“Yeah but that wasn’t until I was an adult! The fact that you lied to us and tried to cover it up is what the terrible part is. If you would have just asked first this wouldn’t be happening!”

Liam shakes his head, “Well then i’m adding two more weeks to it. I didn’t say you get in trouble. I meant I have told you a thousand times about my feelings about parties. And the fact that you didn’t ask anyone and that you were going to have your aunt Cover for you. . ..  makes it a lot worse.”

Liam shrugged and looked at her, “I’ve told you a thousand times about this shit Sofia. If I were to get mad ever damn time something goes wrong I’d be dead. I’m just done. . . I’m done with it all. Go to your room and stay there though because you’re grounded for a month.”

Liam listens to her his eyes locking his eyes with her. He bit his cheek hard and took a big deep breath though his nose before frowning and shaking his head, “You’re wrong. ..  I’m not. . . I’m not mad.” He paused for a moment before turning the TV back on. “Just very disappointed.. .  You know better than that Sophia.”

Sofie paced outside her parents room for s few minutes before she knocked on the door. She needed to talk to Liam so he’d be less angry at her. Sofie never liked taking to her dad when she knew he’d be mad. It always made her feel like she was an inch tall. When she walked insides she stood awkwardly at the foot of the bed, “Dad, can we talk for a second?” @paynoattentionliam

Liam was laying in his bed flicking through the television trying to find something to watch. Liam had had the day off and after doing a bunch of yard work around the house, he decided to just relax on his bed and find a good old movie to watch. He was relaxed against the headboard when he heard the knock on the door. He looked up and there was his eldest daughter. He instantly shut the Television off at the sight of her, “Uh yeah. . . is everything okay?”

Liam smiles a bit and nods his head before making his way over to her and then kissing her quickly. “Mmm all better?”

When liam hears her he smiles and looks over at her, “Do you want any help love?”

Liam lets out a little laugh and nods his head, “Alright I’m gonna do it!”

Liam gets back with the kids and sends them off inside to get their homework done before moving into the kitchen.

Liam heads out to pick up the kids, he takes the long way back listening to them talk about things.

Liam nods and smiles a little more before kissing her back and then heading out toward his car.

Liam laughs and nods his head, “Alright alright, lets both just get p so we can come back to this.”

“Sounds like a plan.” Bella smiles, standing up slowly and kind of reluctantly. “I’ll go to the store and you go get the monkeys.”

Liam nods and watches her get up before getting up herself and then laughing and nodding. “And then we’ll meet back here.”

Liam shakes his head, “Noooo because I don’t want you to get up either, I want to stay like this.”

“Well, one of us is gonna have to get up. And I have to go food shopping or those monsters we have to pick up won’t have any food to eat.”

Liam laughs and nods his head, “Alright alright, lets both just get p so we can come back to this.”

Liam leans his head against hers and lets his eyes drift close for the moment before kissing her head again. “mmm I don’t wanna get up.”

“You don’t have to get up, baby. That’s why I don’t mind going to get the kids from school. You really do need a day just to rest.”

Liam shakes his head, “Noooo because I don’t want you to get up either, I want to stay like this.”

Liam laughs and shakes his head, “It couldn’t be that easy. . . could it?”

Liam nuzzles into her a bit and looks down at her before finding her lips with his and kissing her quickly.
