kitkat-winters:
“Grunge is gone as it should be.” She grinned, playing with Victor’s hair. It was so much better when it was actually clean. Still she would always support whatever her brother chose to do. No matter what happened in their lives, they would always be there to support one another. Kat always would appreciate that he was with her. She was a better brother than she could ever dream of.
Her hand drifted to her stomach, smiling lightly. It was still too early to feel the baby, her stomach was mostly flat, but she swore she knew where the baby was. The world would go insane once she started showing if her sister and mother didn’t lock her away. She still needed to tell Shawn as well. If he didn’t want to be part of the baby’s life, she wouldn’t make him. She would never tell who the baby’s dad was. Kate would love the child unconditionally. “Please. You can’t even say no to me. Imagine trying to say no to a mini me.”
Victor gasped, “Grunge is still alive, I refuse to believe it is dead.” As she ran her fingers through his hair, he groaned as he pulled away. “Be careful with the hair,” he teased. “Just wait until I grow out my facial hair again,” he smirked. “You probably will hate it.”
The man noticed her had ease down towards her stomach. It honestly was amazing how just talking about the child how much Kate already had her mother instincts. There was no doubt in his mind; she would be a wonderful mother and Shawn a great dad. Whether she saw it or not, she was meant to be with Shawn. She was just too stubborn to see it. “I guess you got me there. Both of you will play with my heart strings I can feel it.” Victor leaned up and pressed his forehead against hers. “I got you okay. You do not have to worry about Lex or mom. I will be there for you through everything.”
