“That’s the hope anyway, right? I mean, even if one of us does find a way out, would they share it with everyone in the town? Would everyone in the town even be able to leave? How would we know if they even managed to return to their own world or if they ended up in another random one?” Hermione took a deep breath as she realized she hadn’t done that since she started speaking and then sighed, “It’s a lot of uncharted territory.”
“If they’re a decent person,” Pam remarked, knowing that if there was some way out, people would’ve spread word about it by now. And if it were to be figured out, it would spread just as quick. “That’s an understatement for sure. The possibilities here are endless, but I’m not giving up hope. I don’t care what anyone else wants to do here, but I’ll figure out a way to get home. I refuse to stay here forever.”
alxandr-lghtwd:
Alec blinked a couple of times, not being entirely sure he heard her correctly. She did look like Clary, the resemblance was uncanny, but she definitely did not sound like the redhead. “You’re not Clary,” he narrowed his eyes. “Who are you?””
“That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you -- genius,” she huffed, rolling her eyes once more as she crossed her arms across her chest. “Who I am is literally none of your business. At least you finally believe I’m not this Clary person.”
lowkeylovesdrama:
That did make Loki chuckle. “If I knew I could get this kind of rise out of you, I think I would have played with you much sooner, doll.” He said with a grin on his lips. “And can I point out that it’s technically ‘idiotic’. Your English needs a little fine tuning.”
“How does literally anybody tolerate you?” Pamela asked rhetorically, glaring at him. “I’m guessing you don’t have any friends back at home. Maybe that’s why you love this place so much. Nobody misses you.”
lowkeylovesdrama:
There was an air of smugness to the god when he felt the irritation seeping from the red head and this time at least, his gaze turned to level her down, a smirk on his lips. “Oh, I do. Some people aren’t worth wasting them on however.” And why would he bother when he got this kind of response from a simple comment.
“You know what?” she began, softening her features all of a sudden. “And I say this from the bottom of my heart -- with my most sincerest wishes in mind --” Pamela continued, the gentle expression all a show, “-- that I hope you choke on a hunting knife. An incredibly sharp and jagged hunting knife. That way nobody will ever be subjected to your idiot voice ever again.”
lowkeylovesdrama:
Loki gave a puzzled look for a moment. “What is that buzzing… Really, it’s beginning to get a little irritating.” He murmured into the air, lips drawing into a small smirk to let the woman know he was more than aware of what he was doing.
Pamela’s jaw locked as she glared at Loki, rage boiling over. She fantasized about wrapping a vine around his neck and with her powers, tightening it slowly until he was begging for air. Oh how Pam wished she had her powers. She’d’ve killed him then and there. “You don’t have a mature bone in your body, do you?”
lowkeylovesdrama:
“Oh, I’m still here, therefore there are still gods; powers or not. Unfortunately there still appear to be tiny gnats flying around and generally just making a pain out of themselves. They always get squashed eventually though, remember that.” He stated calmly.
“Do not underestimate me you fool,” Pamela hissed through her teeth. “You couldn’t squash me if you tried. And if you so much as tried -- I’ll make sure you regret it.”
lowkeylovesdrama:
“I’m not the one who came up to you, dear.” He pointed out, given he had been sat at the table for a damn sight longer than she had. “And you still seem to fail to grasp the concept of me actually being a god. Therefore I can’t have a ‘god complex’ if it is actually a fact.” He pointed out.
“Yeah -- I’m bored. At least I get a kick out of pestering you,” Pamela admitted, still keeping her gaze narrow whenever she looked at him. “I don’t care who you are. Here there are no gods and you’ve just got to accept that.”
lowkeylovesdrama:
“If you are taking a seat here, I assume you want something from me.” Loki murmured as he inspected his nails.
“I thought I told you I never wanted to see you again,” she huffed, shooting him a look. “But I guess I’m here to see if you’ve still got that ridiculous god complex of yours.”
simcnxlewis:
“Pamela.” He repeated, storing that piece of information away to make sure he didn’t keep calling the other Clary, two very different names and two very different people he guessed. “I know what it’s like to not be able to find your friends, it can drive you a little crazy, especially if you think something has happened to them.” He shrugged, because he was loyal to his friends, he would do everything and anything he could to protect them, even if it wasn’t a lot. “She’s my best friend, we’ve known one another since we were little and I love her. She’s my family.”
“I guess it’s only fitting I know your name as well,” she added, looking to him expectantly. When he began to explain who this person was, Pamela sighed a little. It must’ve been hard for him to look at her when she looked so much like this person he cared so much about. “Well I’m sorry she’s not here with you. I’m sure she’s just as worried about you as you are about her,” she added. Pamela wasn’t a heartless person much to the surprise of most people who knew her. It was obvious he was missing her. “If I can, I’ll try and help you find her too.”

Anya smiled a little at the others words because there was so much truth that rang in them, Dmitri and Pooka came into her life when she least expected them too and they were the best things that had happened to her. “I don’t think I’ve heard anything that’s sounded that true to me in a long time.” She added, grinning from ear to ear at the prospect of making a new friend as well as learning a new hobby and skill.
“Well I’m glad to provide some truth,” Pamela smiled back. She’d be lying if she didn’t admit she was enjoying this girl’s company. Back in Gotham she didn’t have many friends as Pamela Isley and only two as Poison Ivy. It was nice to be in a new place where she could sort of figure things out at her own speed. “It’s just been something that I’ve found relatable to me for a while,” she added.
hermionexgrangerx:
“I’d heard it was. This is the first time I’ve been. I hope it doesn’t ruin Canada for me though. I’ve always wanted to go to Toronto.”
“I’m sure it won’t,” Pamela replied. “You’ll have your chance to go to Toronto as well. This place can’t be permanent. We’re bound to get out of here soon.”
alxandr-lghtwd:
“Fine, have it your way,” Alec growled, his hand pushing his hair back nervously. He didn’t have the time to play games with her, he just wanted to know where his parabatai was. “Why did you cover your runes? You finally figured you’ll never be a part of us?” He rolled his eyes, judging her critically.
“Did you hit your fucking head? I told you I’m not who you’re talking about,” Pamela spat. If he didn’t stop she’d be throwing punches soon. “Runes? I don’t even know what you’re talking about. Seriously stop. This is getting fucking ridiculous, creep.”
hermionexgrangerx:
Having finally gotten some sleep, eaten some food and most important, had a shower, Hermione decided not to go straight back to looking for a way home. Instead, she went to the park and sat underneath a tree to read, “It’s actually kind of nice here, peaceful. I hadn’t taken the time to notice.”
“It’s really nice. I actually think this place is a lot more peaceful than my place back home. Who knew Canada was actually so lovely?” Pamela replied, obviously agreeing with the other.
simcnxlewis:
“You-… Well you are the double of her.” Simon commented, because it was like he was looking at his best friend and yet it was someone else entirely and that caused his heart to hurt. There had been a brief flicker where he thought things were right again, things had been fixed and she was back, but unfortunately things weren’t exactly ending up in his favour. He knew he was still staring but he couldn’t quite help it, “I could help you look for her?” He offered, maybe it was just so he could be around someone who looked like his best friend or maybe it was because he needed something to distract him. “I’m Simon by the way.”
“Oh.” It didn’t take a genius to figure out that it was obvious making the other a little uncomfortable that she resembled this ‘Clary’ person so much. Normally Pamela wouldn’t really care but this guy didn’t seem like the jerks she had encountered that had made her hate the male gender. Perhaps hate was too strong of a word. But she definitely didn’t like them much. “Pamela. I’m Pamela. It’s nice of you to offer to help me look for her,” Pam replied, a ghost of a smile appearing on her lips. Perhaps not all men weren’t so bad. Only some of them. She could accept his help. As she began to lead the way, she turned to him curiously, “Who was or is she to you?” she asked softly.
anyaxrcmancv:
Anya couldn’t help but beam a little at the others words, she had a love for learning and exploring and this was going to be something hands on that she had never tried before but was clearly going to benefit her in the long run, especially if Rasputin ended up in this world. “I didn’t realise I was going to get so lucky today, but I look forward to start.” She grinned, because this woman clearly knew how to take care of herself and Anya only wished she’d reach that level after training and practising. “We haven’t-” Anya responded, taking the others hand and shaking it, “Anya- it’s nice to meet you.”
“The best things come around when least expected,” Pamela smiled. This was true. She hadn’t expected to run into someone she could possibly be training or getting to know, but here they were. It’d be nice to try and let herself get to know people without being so worried about some things she carried with her back in Gotham. She missed her powers and life back at home, but she was also excited about this new beginning. “Anya. The pleasure’s all mine,” the redhead grinned back. This would be fun.
