okay. i’m gonna be frank.

i don’t think i’m gonna be able to rp blake anymore.

i’ve permenantly turned off anonymous after receiving hate messages telling me to “delete my blog” and shit. i’ve gone from near 200 followers to like 150 and had to build back up again, very slowly. i’ve had people i’d love to rp with block me straight up.

and why? because i shared a not so polite opinion on sub + small text and responded to the barrage of anonymous shit i received in response.

i’ve had people from a fandom i’m not even PART of anymore give me shit, anonymous and otherwise, because i pointed out that genderswapping lesbian characters to make them gay men is both transphobic and lesbophobic. i’ve been ridiculed for this because the person in question dates “mostly women.” i’ve had them reblog my shit to send hate AFTER blocking me, so i can’t respond, etc.

and you know what? it’s cool. it’s all good. i get it. if you throw a couple of “fuck yous” into an opinion, you’re obviously bad news. but the fact that people have literally come to a friend of mine, concerned for their safety, BECAUSE they’re friends with me?

isn’t there a point in time where shit gets fucking ridiculous? the fact that people are “concerned” that i’m gonna “abuse” my friends because I SHARED AN OPINION THAT DIDN’T INVOLVE BROWN NOSING TUMBLR?

i didn’t tag it. i didn’t aim it at anyone vaguely until they vaguely aimed shit at me first.
