When did you first measure your bladder capacity?

like 1 year ago when I was 21. My capacity back then was at 1.3 L, so I’ve always had a big bladder just out of habit.

Does holding your pee like this put a woman at risk of bladder infections?

I think this may differ from woman to woman and depends on her immune system as well. It’s more about how concentrated the urine is and for how long it has to stay inside the bladder. So if one keeps hydrated well, the bladder will be at its capacity limits, before the bacterial level can get too concentrated. That’s why I do prefer quick fills for holding sessions, though i never had a bladder infection from holding, even on longer holds.

What do you think about medical textbooks describing the average human bladder capacity as being around 600 ml?

I think this only relates to really untrained bladders. I think, if people do really give some effort, most could reach 1 L or more. But it may be the point on which most people will notice the urge. For me, there often needs to be more in the bladder to even feel the first sensations

I saw that in your video where you peed 1.6 Liters, you did it in only like 35 seconds! Being a man, I have peed 1.6 liters before, but I usually have to pee for well over a minute even when I am letting it all flow out. Do women have a faster flow rate usually? Have you ever peed for longer than 60 seconds?

Most women do tend to have a faster flow rate, especially if they are pushing it out. I can go up to 75 ml per second and fill 1 Liter in about 14 seconds, but on average I pee somewhere between 20 to 50 ml per second, depending on my (bladder’s) mood ;) My hubby can also reach up to 65 ml/s peak flow and averages 25 to 45 ml/s. Sometimes, he can fill like 600ml in 10 seconds. So it’s not only depending on the gender. And yes, once I peed for about 80 seconds, but, totally logic, the stream was rather weak then.

Are you going to make more videos of you peeing into containers/cups etc? It would be cool to see a distance peeing video too

we will definitely do more cup and measuring pee videos. Distance pee will come too, but we have to find a good spot first

Nearly 1.8 Liters (1.78 L)Hubby is at 1.6 L, therefore sometimes i’m calling him “weak bitch” lol (just as a joke to poke him, because he should train more if he don’t want to loose holding competitions against me every single time ;))

not really

How often do you wake up in the middle of the night to pee?

Never. But I do wake up to drink a lot during night (sometimes more than 1.5L)

not yet, but i get closer to it everytime
