i've been trying to get back into making art recently and it's very slow going

i feel like i'm so far away from where i should be by now and my goals just keep getting further away

sometimes i wonder why keep going when im already so far behind? when i can barely complete one drawing in the time it takes others to do ten? when its so hard to pick up a pencil and just draw like i used to?

idk, just felt like some people might relate.

something weird today!

i recently got this tri color e ink display from adafruit. i was trying to figure out what to do with it when i decided i might as well make a comic to put on it lol.

you press a button to move to the next panel. you can only refresh the screen every 180 seconds, so the led is red or green depending on if you're able to press the button to switch to the next.

the screen is only 200x200 pixels, so i had to scale the images down so they look a little strange. surprisingly not too bad tho! this would be good for having a cute little display of pixel art.

still not sure what i wanna do with this thing but it's fun to play with!
