Since (going just based on taxonomy) "Penguins" aren't true Penguins, what would be the closest living relative to the "True Penguin"(Great Auk)?

That would be the Lesser Auk, also known as Razorbill! Such distinguished birds!

I'm no expert in the Auk family, but to my knowledge, they also share a family with Puffins and Auklets, though they're less related.
