For Kosem's dress: Probably one of her best looks overall, it appears in one of her scenes doing charity and walking in front of the folk. I love that, even when you can tell it's a very rich gown that makes her shine and contrast with the others' simple costumes, the garden theme of her character is present via the lot of white flowers. That way, the cape opening creates this beautiful effect of the gown being a road of flowers and highlights her role as a source of connection between the palace and the common people.

okay so i am not actually a huge fan of the costumes from this show in general (mostly bc i have the sullivan version as a point of comparison and the clothes on that bitch were IMMACULATE) however, i feel like this particular dress deserves to be in the running. it was a significant moment for the character, in a "look how grown she is! look how far we've come!" kinda way. plus the vibrancy of the blue is *mwah* gorgeous
