its kinda scary to look back and realize that you were actually in moments that you need now.. like i look back on those experiences and yes i had fun but i also kept focusing on where i wasn't and now im sitting here hoping to find them again

been there + felt that heavy! I think the trick is to be conscious of it and try our best to stay present + grounded in the current moment. good luck to us both <3
