Least favorite is summer because it’s much too hot to be outside. My favorite time of the year is fall because everything changes and there are still some warmer days.

When I was five, my mum took me to a haunted house and they went far too overboard with jump scares. Every turn I took seemed to have some zombie or ghoul lurking. I will never go in a haunted house again.

“Oi!” He slammed the door shut dramatically. James stopped in the entrance of the living room, shouting, “Wormtail! We need a talk!”
Peter nearly flung himself off the couch, which would have been a feat considering he’d been in the middle of a nap. “What?! What happened!”

My birthday, July 1st, because all my mates spend the day with me. Also there’s cake.
where do you feel the most safe and at home?
Tucked up on my bed in Taviton Street with my laptop on my lap and a fresh cup of James Potter made coffee.
you’re stranded on a desert island and here’s the twist; what three things do you NOT bring with you?
Sirius, because he’d drive me insane and instigate a war with natives.
Remus, because he’d end up creating a home out of the deserted island and never want to leave.
James, because he’d become leader of the natives and pillage all who end up stranded on the island.

It was cute the way Peter’s tinged with the barest hint of pink, and she was thankful that he didn’t mind if she sat with him. She hadn’t been lying when she said the cafe was full, though it did give her a very good reason to sit with the boy. She cared about Sirius deeply, and Peter - as one of his best friends - would be a good source to consult, to make sure her cousin was doing okay. It didn’t hurt at all that Peter was more than easy on the eyes. “As a future doctor, I feel it’s my duty to tell you the importance of sleep, but I’d honestly feel like a hypocrite,” she laughed, waving her hand as she sat down, placing her coffee and danish carefully in front of her. Despite what he said, she still took a plastic knife and split the danish in half, sliding one half over to the tired boy. “It’s the least I can do, honestly,” she said with a smile. “I don’t know if you remember me.”
Pete’s face was heating up but he mentally counted to ten to calm it down. He hadn’t really spoken to Sirius’ family, and never thought he’d have a reason to. Though Sirius would probably tell him the Blacks are no longer family at all to him. Still, Pete didn’t want to be rude, his mother’s voice in the back of his mind kept his manners in check often. He gave a laugh, relieved at the lack of tension between them anymore. “I could argue that it’s hypocritical that all future doctors must go through schooling that requires them to not treat themselves healthily, but I don’t like to argue.” His eyes followed the danish as she passed it across the table and his stomach gave a small growl at the approaching food. “Thank you, you didn’t have to though.” Still, he picked it up and took a quick bite, dropping it down as she spoke. Washing it down with his coffee, Pete nodded. “Narcissa, yea?”

Sirius grinned, nodding as he said, “What we lack in finesse we make up for in creative genius.” The four of them usually worked on their app together, but James and Sirius were known to occasionally crowd into one of their respective bedrooms in the wee hours when inspiration struck, feeding off each other’s enthusiasm as their fingers raced across a laptop keyboard.
“But that’s why we need our details man!” he added, reaching out to muss Peter’s hair affectionately.
Pete couldn’t hold back a few laughs at one of his best friends. He’d definitely say cleaning up after the two chaotic “brothers” wasn’t how he wanted to spend his evening, but he’d rather avoid a tiff. “That’s true.” He gave a pause, “but I thought it was my beautiful smooth skin that kept you coming back?”
