Peter really wanted to tell his dad Tony that he was gay, he really really wanted to he truly did, but the negative thoughts of “what if he kicks me out” “what if he hates me” plagued his mind.

Peter and his boyfriend _ had been dating for almost a year now, _ came over almost every day whenever Pete wasn’t on a mission they had movie nights and sleep overs every Friday.

This Friday felt totally normal a nice sleep over and a copy of “back to the future”. What could be better? Peter and _ were currently cuddled up on peters bed watching the movie in there pajamas and sharing a occasional kiss. They had no idea that everything was about to change .

At about 11:30 the boys went to sleep in each other’s embrace. Tony and the rest of the team we’re supposed to be out until the next moring, not that peter wasn’t allowed to have _ over he was he even had let his dad know ahead of time. Both tony and Steve had a suspicion about peter and his “friend” the way he looked at him gave it away but it wasn’t there place to speak.

The team arrived around 12, tony decided to go check on Pete and tell him that they were home early and he could come to the De-brief the next moring. When tony walked in he was shocked, he had a suspicion about peters sexuality but he was suprised to see the boys cuddled up together.

“Peter”

Peter jumped up out of bed scaring the boy next to him.

“Dad- I- it’s not what it looks like”

Peter looked down at _ , he looked hurt peter didn’t mean it like that he was just so scared.

Tony’s eyes were soft and caring. “Pete sit it’s ok let’s talk about this”

Peter nodded putting on a shirt and sitting on the bed next to his boyfriend who hid behind him.

“Peter are you too..” he made a gesture with his hands

Tears rolled down peters face , he was so afraid of being taken away from the love of his life, or being brandished from his family. “Yes” was all he said.

Peter stood up and hugged his son. Peter hugged back even harder. “Your not angry”

“No, not at all.”

They didn’t speak for some time, until tony spoke

“Would you like to tell the others or would you like me too?” He questioned

“I-I will.”

Tony left the room and peter sat down holding _ in a warm embrace, “ we don’t have to hide any more my love.”

Peter and _ got dressed and walked out into the common room, the whole team sat in silence.

“I- uh- guys” Peter was stumbling on his words

The boy next to him grabbed his hand and gave him a soft smile.

“This is my boyfriend… I - I’m gay” peter began to cry again

Bucky and Steve hugged the young boy, “we knew. It’s ok”

Natasha spoke next “we love you no matter what” everyone agreed

“The young one is in love.” Thor spoke

Peter smiled hugging his boyfriend giving him a soft kiss “I love you” “I love you more dork”
