Chromia giggled at all the kisses and sat down with the medic. āHmm~ I missed youā¦ Where have you beenā¦?ā She played lightly with Bladeās audial fin.
"Took a bit of a break. Optic shorted out finally, down to one good one."
She inclined her helm, audio fins twitching in Chromia's hold. Her right optic was covered by her usual lenses, which had been converted to an eye piece that lent her some sense in it. Other than that she was pretty much focused on one optic.

The medic started a little at the touch, purring softly. Ehe~ She had missed her quite a lot, and was going to bask in her company as much as she could.

History: Beth started out as a teen living in various homeless shelters, having lost her parents in a fire. As she got older she was able to get into an all-female gang and taught how to fight. Still struggling to go to school, she went through a large amount of loss and pain before she got her GED and joined the Air Force.
She trained to become a nurse and gained numerous awards while in service. Due to a bombing in Iraq, she suffered a critical spinal injury and lost sight in her right eye. Being honorably discharged, she returned to America and was able to relearn walking. Not letting this stop her, she went out to get her Masterās degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Now she works as the head of the Chicago hospital system, mostly in the maternal ward.
