I think Bear is hundred percent the villain in Obsession. At first He’s not, he couldn’t have possibly known that he wish would come true. I mean who hasn’t wished that a crush would like them back. But it’s the fact when she was so clearly not in control of your own body and suffering he didn’t do anything. That he lied to friends and said she was fine and that it was just her dad’s cancer despite Ian and Nikki herself saying that her dad was fine. He still continues on acting like everything is normal. Even when he calls the number he doesn’t immediately ask to cancel it despite it being the first thing the guy said.

and again and again he asks “what’s wrong with you?” And “can’t you just act normal” it’s terrible. Like he’s upset that she’s suffering and it’s her fault for the pain he caused her. It feels like all the people defending him are trying so hard to sympathize with him. And I’m not saying that you can’t but to deny the fact that what he did was wrong and terrible just because he didn’t originally start out with ill intent.

just finished watching Obsession and holy that was scary out of all the horror movies I’m watched recently that was definitely one of my favorites. Better than backrooms even, a full 10/10.

I had already been spoiled for it but if anything that only made it way more suspenseful. All the quote calm moments were just stressful when I knew how it all ended. Truthfully seeing the lack of anatomy that Niki has is terrifying especially seeing the moments when she breaks through and tries to call out for help. It’s heartbreaking and the scene at Ian’s party was both sad and horrifying. And I was pissed at Bear the jackass just siting there. I’m begging you pls fix the problem you created. It was so annoying that it took Bear waiting until she literally killed someone to do something. The rage I felt when he asked “is it really so bad being with me?”

Brother please! Now is not the time she’s literally begging to be killed. I’m pissed I’m livid. I hate Bear. If Bear has no haters then I’m dead. But it really is telling that at the end of day a woman’s suffering will never be taken serious by men.

You can’t tell me that disclosure day is bad because the trailer isn't all that appealing when the whole message of movie is so good. Empathy is needed for survival. In times like this I strive to see media representation of people being good to others especially those different then them.

I do obviously have some complaints like why the fuck did the animals in his move look like someone learning how to use cgi for the first time… I’m certain this movie had a big budget please lock in 🙏

just saw disclosure day and it’s surprisingly good except for the ending which is great until it just ends….like excuse me? Cliffhanger? I’m not one.

I may have forgotten to pack a tooth brush, toothpaste, extra socks, face wash, moisturizer and a swim suit and lost my air pods but I was close enough to stray kids to see their faces with my own damn eyes so I’d say i won
