That was a very interesting version of Love Never Dies, I might go into more detail on Instagram or maybe here but for now here are a few images of the amazing Navina Heyne as Christine with Thomas Borchert as the Phantom.
Hi. I saw on your Instagram that your due to see Polly next week. Do you know what days she's doing next week or what the Christine schedule likely is? I'd love to try and catch her again if possible. Thank you. Oh and ps I love your blog and Instagram.
Hi, firstly I’m glad you like my blog/instagram.
Polly is only scheduled for Monday (25/5), I assume Colleen will be back for Friday as Polly has had this date for months.
The schedule should be: (25-31/5)
Polly - Monday
Anna - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Colleen - Friday
Unless there are last minute changes.
From my knowledge Polly doesn’t have any more scheduled dates, unless she announces some this week after this show.
I don’t know what the holiday entitlement is for Anna and I think Colleen might have used all hers up but definitely don’t quote me on that.
Beatrice Penny-Touré brochure images.
These are the images that have not been published online from what I can tell or are slightly different angles to the online/theatre images.
Other pictures featured in the brochure are the boat, Music of the Night and Rooftop images but these look like the same pictures as online (possibly with slightly different editing.
This brochure is currently on sale at Phantom London so if you visit there you will likely buy this one.

Anna Zavelson after her first Christine show in London (18/5/26)!
Anna was amazing and definitely not one to miss, if you can make it to London in the next 11 weeks then definitely try to see Anna in the role!
Finally made it to a Taylor Pardell Christine show.
Listening to the old London candenza was a joy.
Taylor’s Christine has a very classic / old style voice which feels very different to all the Christines we have had recently.
Omg I am so annoyed with myself.
I had tickets for tonight’s show in London, I exchanged them when it was announced Anna was joining next week instead.
And now Taylor is on as Christine.
Now I’m just hoping she will be on Friday
Beatrice Penny-Touré’s final bow as Christine - 9/5/26
She held it together so well, even when she was crying she still kept it together to give the audience a wonderful performance.

Small progress to the cast change.
Beatrice is now listed as until 9th May on the website
So we are definitely getting the cast announcement next week surely.
Surely they have to do it Monday.
Beatrice is leaving on Saturday 9th, she confirmed that last Saturday at stage door.
I have just realised it probably won’t be tomorrow (Monday) because it is a bank holiday.

Phantom returns to the Netherlands
It has been announced that Phantom if the Opera will return to the Netherlands in 2028.
The production is expected to premiere at the Nieuwe Luxor in Rotterdam.
The plan is for the show to perform Thursday to Sunday with the idea to be open as long as the show is in demand (hoping to perform for at least a year).
The performance will be in Dutch.
Based on the promotional images this will be a replica of the original production.

Do you currently think it's a new Christine rather than a Colleen run? I think Colleen deserves it so much, but I also can't imagine them only wanting three Christines in the cast even for just a few months
I agree with you about the whole 3 Christine thing.
I feel it is quite a risk having 3 Christine for 11 weeks (assuming week of 11th May is first week without Beatrice).
I feel like there is a high risk that we would end up with an Emergency cover situation at some point with someone being called back - and the pool for that is quite slim since Beatrice & Chumisa have shows, Lucy is probably still on Maternity leave, Eve recently posted about New York so I don’t know if that is a holiday or a show, Holly is touring and I feel Paige has possibly stepped away from performing. So the only people who could be called back without disrupting other plans are Anouk, Jess & Lily - but it’s also possible all three are busy and haven’t posted.
It is not impossible for the show to run with 3 Christines - it used to be like that pre-2020, but now that they are used to that safety net - i definitely feel it is a risk to loose one.
Personally I feel introducing a New Christine now would be for the best, the only other option would be introducing a new ensemble/cover Christine and doing full promotion of the current Christines - Colleen as Principal, Polly as alternate, Taylor as 1st cover, or even having a swing/cover Christine who will later either depart in July or take over an ensemble track.
I definitely agree that Colleen deserves the promotion, if I had the choice then I would have Colleen and Eve both have a short principal run if there has to be a temporary situation between now and July. Each doing a certain number of weeks so that we aren’t without a 4th Christine for too long.
I think the biggest risk of 3 Christines is holiday, although I will say that Colleen has taken a lot of holiday so maybe she has used all hers up, both Polly and Taylor seemed to have taken a lot as well so it is entirely possible that all three have no holiday left which allows the 3 Christine thing to work.
The fact that I have heard both situations - New Christine & Colleen principal/Polly alternate - just makes the waiting even more confusing.
I hope I have answered your question in someway but I feel I have definitely just gone on a ramble.
The longer this announcement takes to come the more I am expecting Beatrice to stay another week at the show.
Multiple sources are saying it’s definitely the 9th that she is leaving but it’s the sort of thing Phantom would do, tell everyone she is leaving on a specific date then ‘Surprise she’s staying for an extra week’.
Technically leaving on the 9th gives her 2 and a bit weeks of focused rehearsal for the Les Mis concert tour, depending on when they plan to travel to Ireland for the first stop.
Do you know if Beatrice Penny Toure is most likely to perform a matinee or evening show on Saturdays?
Beatrice is scheduled to perform both shows on Saturdays so you should be able to see her at either show.
Also I will use this as a reminder to everyone that Beatrice only has 4 weeks left (leaving 9th May) so if you plan to see her - run.

have you heard any rumours?
There are always multiple rumours going around like with any cast change.
Some rumours are Colleen will take over until the July cast change, others are that a new Christine will come in - and probably stay past the July cast change.
Nothing is set in stone, I almost feel the rumours change every week.
So assuming they announce the next Christine within the same time frame of Beatrice’s announcement (3 weeks and a few days), we should be finding out the next London Christine in the next 2 weeks - to be precise it should be 17th April if the time lines up.
Update from Colleen:
She is covering Beatrice this week from Thursday (2nd) to Saturday (4th), she will still do her normal Friday show.
My understanding is Beatrice will be back next Tuesday (7th) and has no further time off at present.
