The end of the month and end of Phicsgiving is nearly here! I hope all you lovely gifts have been having fun sprinkling some love and praise onto phics this month.

There is still a little bit of time left if you want to get some bingos on your bingo board! Find those DP phics that match up to a space, read them, and comment.

Phicsgiving has arrived!

You lovely gifts have the entire month of November to participate, to spread praise and love to phics. A month for us to take a moment and give love to stories and writers. Puff them up into proud peacocks over their creations! Brighten their day!

And our bingo board of different kinds of phics that you have all voted on...is here! Here for you lovely gifts to choose from to find phics that match, read them, and review. Regular or going all out blackout, up to you!

Remember to share this, send it, and tag at people! ^_^ One of the bingo spots to hit counts on this! 'Phic from the person who sent you this'. So make sure you also recommend a phic or make sure your reading/writing fanfiction account is available so others can choose from your read favorites or something you yourself have written!

Speaking of recommended phics. If there is a specific phic you want to see get more love or a phic you found during this event you want to share...do it! Simply fire off a message at me and I'll add it to the Phicsgiving 'Recommended phic from a participant of this event' post. This is where you go for that bingo space! ^_^

Are you wondering if it is allowed and okay to use the same phic for more than one space on the bingo board? Or wondering now that you see this question? The answer is YES. For those scratching your heads and going 'wait a minute, what even is this', here is the rundown.

Phicsgiving is born out of the desire to give praise and more love to Danny Phantom fanfictions.  

The ones that haven’t seen much attention.  That multiple chapter work-in-progress story that people say they’ll read when it’s done.  Those phics centered around a side character.  That story skipped by many readers because it has a new (original) character.  The older stories that have been long done, but should never be forgotten and deserve a chance of rediscovery.

There are so many Danny Phantom events.  Events of creating and making and loving this show.  So many events.  So many creations and ideas.  So much!  We all keep adding.  On and on and on and on.

Phicsgiving is all about taking time to celebrate all of these written creations.  To give love to these stories and writers.  Puff them up into proud peacocks over their creations.  Brighten their day.  Send them floating up off the ground in delight.  Make them blush!

Okay, cool.  Awesome, right?  But how will Phicsgiving be going about doing that?

Taking place during the entire month of November, people can jump in and join.  The focus of what kinds of phics we’ll be giving praise and love to will be on a bingo card.  You can pick what squares to go after, where your bingo will be, or going all out blackout.  All up to you!  Including the bingo board of phics we’ll be directing our attention to.

To decide what kinds of phics we’re placing on the bingo board, those we feel need a little extra love, there have been a series of polls.  To decide what shall make up our Phicsgiving bingo board come November.

These are all various kinds of Danny Phantom phics people have sent in, wanting to see more love for those.  Giving me a good idea as to what kinds rate higher and what should be on our board for Phicsgiving come November.  (It's getting even closer! Ah! I'm so freaking excited for it!!)

Plugging in my support and rah rah cheerleader mode for them. Yep. For sure. Yes, sirree. I mean, we're aligned in our desire (hee hee, desire) to have more given back to these creative fandom people who've put their things out into the world.

This is Phicsgiving!  Or, well, we’re not there yet, but it’s coming!

Never heard of it before?

Pft!  Of course not.  It has not existed before now.  

So what is Phicsgiving?

Well, settle down around this here invisible campfire.  (Okay.  Yes.  I’m a weirdo that is amped up.  I’ll calm down now.  I promise.)

Phicsgiving comes from various discussions and the desire to give praise and more love to Danny Phantom fanfictions.  Perhaps ones that haven’t seen much attention.  That multiple chapter work-in-progress story that people say they’ll read when it’s done.  Those phics centered around a side character.  That story skipped by many readers because it has a new (original) character.  The older stories that have been long done, but should never be forgotten and deserve a chance of rediscovery.

There are many Danny Phantom events.  Events of creating and making and loving this show.  So many events.  So many creations and ideas.  So much!  We all keep adding.  On and on and on and on.

But perhaps we want to take a moment…and give love to these stories and writers. Puff them up into proud peacocks over their creations. Brighten their day. Send them floating up off the ground in delight. Make them blush!

And so during the entire month of November, Phicsgiving will take place.  To give focus and choice to those wishing to participate, there will be a bingo card of different kinds of phics.  People can choose the kinds of phics to read and comment/review upon for their bingo.  Regular or going all out blackout, up to you!  This is all about giving love.  Taking time to appreciate.  (So having an entire month means no rush and plenty of time for whatever you choose, short or long stories, or, you know, busy life things going on for you)  

Simple.

Now.  I understand we have time before the month of November is upon us.  Because while I know the kinds of phics I wish to see getting more love, everyone has their own personal preferences and thoughts as to what phics they’d like to see getting more love and praise.  What kinds of phics would you be excited to see on a Phicsgiving bingo board?  Send them in!  We’ll make polls of them and figure out a bingo board for Phicsgiving!  

(Or multiple bingo boards.  I’m open to it, depending on interest for this.  ^_^ )
