Futakuchi Onna. Yuko Shimzu. Bibliothèque Infernale on FB
A futakuchi-onna is a type of yōkai (妖怪), characterized by their two mouths —a normal one on her face and second one on the back of the head beneath the hair.
In Japanese mythology, she belongs to the class of stories about women afflicted with a curse or supernatural disease that transforms them into yōkai.
