Hi I'm Kris. Some people call me Chibi, or Phrench Toast. I'm 50% French, 50% Portuguese. Adopted. 24 years old. Los Angeles. I like astronauts sharks, David Bowie, Damon Albarn, Gorillaz, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, galactic stuff, ocean stuff, candy, among other things.

Made peanut butter from scratch. Trying to cut out sugar and other junk for my RA, so I made this with honey instead. It's totally healthier, right? 😅

Really had to push myself to make dinner tonight. Tons of pain today on top of it being dose day. Shrimp with broiled asparagus and shallots with pecorino. Clearly didn't take into account how much asparagus shrinks up, next time will double the amount haha. (Honestly would eat an entire plate of just the asparagus dish, and I HATE asparagus). Trying to eat healthier, hoping it may help with the pain.

Was able to make dinner last night. Broiled salmon with chorizo shallot sprouts (a la Kenji). Obviously I really love Brussels sprouts 😅 Really glad I was able to cook again, it really is therapeutic for me.
