I would be embarrassed to show anybody my photos from the first year or two of my existence as a photographer….except this one, happily taken with my Pentax K-1000 and 50mm lens at an Iggy Pop Concert, Rainbow Theater, London, Summer 1981.

It was my first trip out of the US by myself, and the beginning of a lifelong addiction.
