Yeah, it’s great but it gets a bit overwhelming after a while. I know, I was very intimidated when I walked in. It’s too fancy and posh for me, so I feel like a fish out of the water… Thank God you’re here to keep me sane.

You assumed correctly, no need to apologise for it. Yeah, I was born here but my family moved to England when I was younger. That's why my accent is so messed up I guess. But I came back to Paris when I was eighteen and I've been living here for a good two years now. And what about you? Sorry if I'm the one assuming now, but you're not from here, are you?

task 001. madame belcourt's party

hello everybody, my name is chelsea (timezone GMT+2 just because I live in such a weird country). my character is pierre, here are a few little facts you may want to know about him for interest's sake (and because I could write for days about him)!

he was born in paris and lived there until he was 7 before his family moved to england, back to his father's hometown

he visited paris nearly every holiday to see his grandmother and returned when he was 18 for her funeral (bring on the tears)

he fell in love with the city and decided to take a gap year and live there (which is what he is still doing)

his family knows the belcourt family (don't know to what extent but they hired him so hey)

he played rugby in his teens because he was always being bullied for being too soft and he became super good at it so boom go pierre you show them boy!!!!

he is just like a little butterfly all shy and stuff omg and he's a real nerd

he gets excited really easily and he tries to like everyone so he's more of a puppy I guess?!?

his first girlfriend really shot him down and made him feel worthless but he thought she was the love of his life and didn't realise what she was doing to him emotionally and eventually he broke it off after a few years

now he's just living his own life

he makes a mean espresso
