Week 12 hand in
From the feedback from week 11 I decided to frame my main images for a professional feel - a theme that runs throughout my booklet.
The frame was made from wood and was very natural and basic to represent the wood I would use in the proposal. The photos were then printed large to attract people towards my work while providing all of the information in the book.Â
I contacted the Wellington Council in week 11 to come to my proposal but, unfortunately I didn’t get a response from them.
On Friday I was pleased with how my work turned out, and how professional it looked. I thought I was able to get the key messages across as well as I having good feedback from people who said it was a clearly illustrated idea. From week 11 to week 12 I added in a lot more pages that made it more professional. This included; spellchecking, and changing pages to included more realistic goals through budgets and contracts plus adding my proposal letter, and more in depth work about the management team and about myself. I was careful not to add too much more onto the book that would dilute my information and create repetition. I felt that there was enough in the book to clearly explain my project. I then printed it A4 so it was large and easy to read with a binder to protect the document and give the proposal a professional atheistic with the clear cover framing the hero images.
I took away the poster as it was stated in my feedback that it wasn’t necessary for the audience I was targeting, and framed my hero images which showed Wellington Construction Waste facts to gave people insight to what they should expect in my proposal.
Above I show selected pages in my book to give you a feel of what i presented in week 12.
