It's a running gag in the Fire Emblem franchise, because in the first 12 games, there are always two male cavaliers characters, one red, the other green (=colors of christmas), and they're always kinda gay. Be it childhood friends, old rivals, attracted opposites… So it's always an automatic ship, in every Fire Emblem!
