Ananas could smell them. Immediately they knew there’s a dragon on their island! So of course they greet them in the most normal way, by going into dragon form and towering over them!

“How darrrrre you trespass on my island!” Ananas Dragon growls, tail lightly slapping onto the sand.
“What rrrrreaaon do you have to invade the grrrrwat Golden Drrrragon’s island!”
They look down at the ground, mumbling "J-jusst passing by..."
... but to where? They don't even know where they are right now... they just know they wouldn't win this fight...
Another growl, why was this acting scared they’re not supposed to be scared
“Hey! Chin up! Drrrragons do not cowererrr to otherrrrr dragons!”
They just nod, quietly. They do not seem any less spooked of Ananas, the stupid hatchling strange dragon still looking at the ground
Still confused they tap them with a very armored claw.
“We arrrrren’t even fighting! Wherrre is yourrrr pride dragon!”

A very, very confused rumble came out of the dragon, before they go back down to cookie form.
“That is not proper for a dragon.”
A nod, their ears drooping, and they mumble "I know..."
“Which dragon didn’t raise you right.” They hiss out, they’ve never seen any dragon act like- like this!
"... I wasss orphaned."
“How greatly disgraceful! What were they thinking?!”
They shrug... they don't know
“You don’t even know how to be a real dragon…” the growled, not at them. “Outrrrrrageous, everything about this.”
They hazard a peek at the older dragon, nervous but hopeful. Will they teach them...?
“Do you at least know how to turn into your dragon form?”
They shake their head, looking ashamed of that...
“… you got to be serrrious. Not only was a dragon disgraceful enough to leave you but also not even give you the grace to at least teach you basic things?!”
They nod. At least it's not them this dragon is angry with..?
“I’ll have to teach you then, since the one who hatched you was dumb enough to not teach a dragon how to be one.” They go back into dragon form, scruff them, and goes back to their nest.

[The fem Man walked over to the dragon who laid in their nest and cuddled up to him, fixing the dragons hair that was ruffled up]

The golden dragon shifts in their nest, feeling one of their husbands snuggling beside them. The night had not been that great, Pineapplemur was hurt by the wyvern that took it. It was fine now but the stress of treating the claw marks in its back was not great at all.
But now one of their husbands was here, and they soon wrap their arms around him in a hug.
“Good morning love..”
“I heard about what happened, and i rushed right over as soon as I could.”
[He cuddled into the dragons chest, while rubbing their back hoping to help ease the stress at least a little bit.]
Ananas Dragon let out a happy rumble, covering Eclair with their wings.
“I appreciate it, thank you..” they would murmur, pulling the historian closer to them.. they just wanted to stay like this for a long time..
