It was starting to turn warm as the Spring season was starting to come full swing on campus. As it was technically Winter semester, Scott was in his cheer routine physically, as was his pattern ever since freshman year when he joined. However, since most of the sports teams that they cheered for were done for the year, the team was mostly involved in cheer competitions, and while Scott loved to competition…it got a little too heated at times.
But, other than cheerleading, there was another thing that Scott was excited for: the Spring festival. Every April, basically the end of the year, the Festival Committee will put on a campus wide festival. Every year the campus gets filled with so much pure energy that Scott can’t help but get too excited once April comes around, and this year was no different.
Jogging towards the committee’s office and opening the door, “Hello there! I was wondering if I could help with the Spring Festival this year? Please? Please let me help!
The snow had melted. Spring was officially here, announced by tiny buds sprouting from the ground. As a freshman, Tohru didn’t know what to expect form Twilight’s campus and the incoming warmer weather. But she absolutely adored the color that returned to the trees.
Apparently there was a Spring Festival that the Festival Committee produced each year, and Tohru found herself ecstatic to be included. She did love planning and she was hoping to bring joy to everybody. Though, she was admittedly worried that she was going to be overwhelmed with the planning, school, and work.
But she would do it! She always did!
The committee’s door opened, and the girl froze as she held her hands to her chest and inwardly shrieked in her mind. Tohru turned around and stared at the boy standing in the doorway before smiling softly. “Well, hello there! Please help all that you want.”
She turns and faces the boy before bowing her head and slightly leaning forward to properly greet him. “My name is Tohru, and I’’m looking forward to working together!”
