So there is this scorpio men, he's a bit younger than me (pisces f) and he start to text me and asked me if we could be friends. He's always staring at me and asked me about my other social networks, the only thing that is kinda confusing to me is, that he needs hours or days to reply. I don't even know why he starts to text me, I'm not really that interesting ^^ isn't it usually they like the more mystery type? I'm all but mystery, I'm always like a happy flying ball^^

Obviously he’s trying to gather as much information about you as possible through all your social networking. He’s making an effort to learn about you, your friends, your hobbies and interests, so that he can familiarize himself with them. But, herein lies the problem. He’s facing the same problem most young Scorpios do: shyness.

There are a few reasons that led me to draw that conclusion.

1. He markedly verified your friendship status to both confirm your mutual interest in him, and to get his foot in the door without having to assert any of his feelings.

2. He used the internet to get around asking you any questions about yourself directly, and it isn’t because he doesn’t want to get to know you personally. No, he wants to simultaneously impress you and not screw anything up by asking the wrong things or coming across as ignorant. This fear of appearing as anything but perfect does tend to lessen as Scorpios get older, but right now, it’s the way he operates.

3. Combined with the above listed reason, this does help explain the inexplicably long intervals between replies.

Now, you are right when you say Scorpios are innately drawn to mystery and mysterious people. However, I think you’re perceiving “mysterious” in the wrong way - to your Scorpio, you could be the most mysterious thing he’s ever seen. I get the impression that he’s quiet, reserved, and maybe apprehensive around other people. You seem bubbly, charming, and radiantly outgoing. To someone who just naturally does not get on with other people (I feel you), your extraversion could seem absolutely exotic to him.

Hello my darling! First of all, I want to congratulate you on staying true to your beliefs. It is an incredibly noble thing to do, and something that not a lot of people can successfully commit to.

Firstly, despite what most astrology blogs, websites, etc. seem to tout, Scorpios are not hyper-sexual simply because they enjoy it. As I suspect you may have picked up on, they crave intimacy with another (which they can usually find through sex), but are ultimately searching for something that lasts. There’s a reason that he’ll sleep with ridiculously attractive people left and right, but have no problem leaving the next morning - physical intimacy alone will ultimately not satisfy him.

As such, I would say that you would actually have the upper hand here. As questionable as it may sound, Scorpios tend to quickly “get over” people that they can easily seduce. You’ll challenge a Scorpio, pique his interest, and he’ll either move on or work to figure you out. When he’s interested in you, finds a connection with you, then that’s it. It won’t matter whether you sleep with him or not. He’s in.

I find the vast majority of (mature) male Scorpios have a deep, genuine love for whomever they have chosen to be their partners, a commitment that they do not take lightly and that does not rest on the availability of sexual contact. Once you have reached a stage of emotional intimacy with a Scorpio, they are unwaveringly loyal. It’s tough for them to truly open up and become vulnerable in front of another person, as they consider it a fundamental weakness/flaw, so they reflect the trust they’ve placed in you. To him, you’ve already connected in a way that trumps any physical desire.

Long story short, I don’t anticipate you having a problem finding a faithful Scorpio man. They’re VERY PARTICULAR about maintaining your happiness when you matter so much to them, and will not stray unless he feels emotionally unfulfilled. So long as you are literal and honest with one another, a Scorpio will love you more than your dog will. Or, at least, he’ll try.

P.S. A man, regardless of his sign, should love and respect you without question. Sex should not be a defining factor of a relationship. Okay soooo…I’ve decided to talk a bit about Scorpio men/boys. First of all, I don’t know any Scorpio boy who isn’t attractive in any possible way. I have been in a relationship with one for more than 10 months and I guess I have changed a bit since that. The thing with Scorpios is that they seem attractive, mysterious, lovable and romantic, but also distant and cold at the same time. They put passion in everything. You might think they’ve given up on what they want, but that’s so wrong. Even if something’s impossible and they know that it is, they keep on fighting and putting everything in it. Sometimes it also scares them that they are so passionate, and they just shut it off and pretend they have no emotions. They push people away and won’t tell them why because they don’t even know why themselves. And yes, maybe they are miserable, selfish and loners sometimes, but fact is that they NEED someone who just understands them and loves them. Sometimes they need this person so much that they search for that perfect person in everyone, so long, that they may have tried it with too many people. This is why people often call them fuckboys or womanizers. But it’s not that they just want a relationship with every pretty woman, it’s just because they need someone and try to find this person because without them, it’s hard for Scorpios. Sure, they have friends and many people who adore them. But most of this relationship are platonic and sometimes shallow. They need something true, something honest. Something where they can be themselves completely, without having to fear of being judged, rejected or even hated for who they are. And if they found this one person, who they finally can trust and open up to, share their secrets with, be funny and laugh with, it’s heaven on earth with a Scorpio man. You are his queen, his best buddy, his secret lover and you have his sudden romantic, vulnerable heart that seemed to be so far away, so distant, so cold. If they once trust you and love you and you feel the same way for them, then please, for god’s sake, don’t ruin it.
