What if I poked a Roselia's thorns? The poison can't be that bad right?
If you poked their thorns and you got a cut from them, you wouldn't be likely to be poisoned.
Their poison is more like pollens and spores.
From what I've learned being a Ranger, unless the pokemon naturally produces toxins like Muk or Salazzle, most plant based poison types are more pollen and spore spreaders and to have them produce poisons and venoms, you need to change their diet a bit so they secrete more volatile material.
So unless this Roserade has been trained to secrete toxins from its thorns, you should be fine, a mild rash at worst
Gonna have to disagree with this answer as a gardener. No they do not produce their own poison on their thorns. However they are very prone to a fungus that can poison you, especially if it enters your blood stream through say a puncture wound. Clean out any scratches from a Roserade promptly! It can take months for symptoms to develop and can be serious!
